Adrien threw his backpack at the wall, causing a loud BANG sound to echo through his room. What was he thinking? Rejecting the only girl, from his school, he'd actually enjoy company from! He felt terrible and really wished he could call her and explain what a total doofus he was. But, he didn't have her number. All he had was her address, and he didn't think she'd want to see his face anytime soon.
Plagg poked his head out of the pocket of Adrien's jacket and said, "Adrien, it'll be okay. You like Ladybug more anyways!"
"Yeah, but M'lady will never love me back. Marinette, she's different. She's liked me for a while and I was blind to her emotions until now...and I am a horrible person to have rejected her." Adrien sighed, then realized he was on the verge of tears!
"Hurry up and pull yourself together, Ladybug wants to meet up for patrol in 10 minutes." Plagg said, clearly oblivious to the way Adrien was feeling.
"Fine," Adrien mumbled.
"Plagg, claws out!" he shouted.
