Next morning

Taraji POV

This morning I was going to find out what was going on between them two. It's not that I don't trust him but I just want to keep my eye out in case anything happens that I might need to take care of. Me and terrence got up and got the kids ready for school. We sent them out to school and I quickly got ready to go to work with terrence. I was suspicious about that woman and I plan to find out just how a normal day for terrence goes. "Damn why are you getting ready so fast?" He asked me. "Because I really can't wait to get there." I said seriously as I walked to the front door and terrence was still putting his shoes on. "Hurry up slow poke.." I said and he shook his head. "I should be ready first what the hell.." He said getting up and grabbing his briefcase. "Well you're not come on.." I said rushing tot he car. Terrence actually got another car. He didn't get me one because I begged him not to.

We got into the car and drove I his job. I had a resting bitch face the whole way and terrence gave me a look. "What's wrong?" He asked me and I shook my head. "Nothing. Just can't wait to meet your wonderful assistant." I said licking my lips and he sighed. "No problems..,OK?" He asked me. "You think I start problems?" I asked him. "No of course not...but I don't want you starting one today." He said as we turned a corner. "Whatever...all I know is that I can't wait." I said as we pulled up to his job. He sighed and got out of the car, going to the other side to help me out.

We went inside and his assistant was the first to walk into him. "Good morning Mr. Howard...sorry about that incident yesterday...but I have the forms ready." She said smiling as she walked up to him. "Incident?" I said looking at terrence. "Oh about the spill baby.." He said smiling at me and I nodded. "Huh." I said nodding. "So...this is taraji my um..." Said terrence looking like he was looking for the words to say. "...wife." I said putting on a fake smile and he looked a bit shocked. Harper gave a slow and slightly irritated nod and my smiled became wider. "Well it's nice to meet you." She said sticking out her hand. I shook it and gave a fake smile.
