Chapter 8: The Rescue

You🌙(I)
I turn around and I notice Ratchet is behind me.
"Ratchet?....." I say.
"Hold on!" He says.
Then Ratchet puts his wrist up, showing a blue bold of a string I believe and it takes us up. He grabs me by my waist and I dug my head in his chest while their's little of tears in me.
It takes us to our spacecraft where I jumped off.
Once we make it there Ratchet places me in the passengers seat and him in the drivers seat. I look outside and the building falls to the ground while the spacecraft is in action.
"(Y/N)! Thank God your Okay! How's your leg?!" Ratchet says. I look down.
"What's wrong?" Ratchet says.
"We lost......- again...." I say looking down.
"No we didn't" Ratchet says smirking and giving a knock on the window.
It's Eric in a cell, in Cora's and Brax's spacecraft.
I laugh.
"Eric?...." I whisper.
"Ahh... I guess" Ratchet says confused.
"Ha ha!" I yell.
"What's so good about it?"
"Nothing just that.... He...- well.... Is very hard to understand him you know. He was such an ass" I say making a face."wait the people?! Are they okay? Please tell me their okay?!" I say begging.
"Oh don't worry their saved. It turns out that Captain Qwark was the one who did the explosion! And it was actually a good idea cause then the other Team will believe that they were dead" Ratchet explains.
"And the people?" I say.
"Oh it turns out that they were hiding underground and somewhere else of the planet"
"Oh thank goodness" I say.

Ratchet🔥
I drive the spacecraft while (Y/N) is watching out the window.
We're silent for a moment until (Y/N) breaks it.
"Hey.... Thanks for saving my back back there" she says softly.
"Don't thank me. We're a Team. We got each other's back" I say smirking.
"Thanks Ratchet. You decided to be nice to me" (Y/N) says eyebrowing.
"No I still hate you" I say looking away from (Y/N).
"Yea right"
"Nop I'm 100% sure"
"Ha ha your one funny guy huh" (Y/N) says.
"Shut up" I say with a little smile.
"Ugh whatever" (Y/N) says smiling.

We Make it the ship where the rest of the team is at.
Once we make it, I help (Y/N) out. But then she says she got it. Then we both walk together towards the main room where everyone is at. Then theirs bottles of wine everywhere and balloons of red, blue, and gold and music.
"Where's Serena?" (Y/N) asks.
"Don't worry about her, she's just took a nap. Give her some space" Cora says.
"Thanks" (Y/N) says.
"So... How you guys feeling that we saved another planet!" E says raising up a cup.
"What what's with the balloons and wines?" (Y/N) asks while Cora gives us a cup with wine.
"Well to celebrate!" E says turning.
I then look at the cup that Cora gave us.
I never tasted wine or drank.
"Hey I don't think I should drink this?Neither (Y/N)" I say.
"Oh come on! How old are you guys like 17, 18?"E says.
"Maybe E's right" (Y/N) says.
She then lens her cup to mine waiting for me to clink it, and I did. We both drink at the same time.
"Wow!" (Y/N) says. "That's....."
"Good...." I say finishing her sentence.
"Come on another one" E says passing me and Ratchet another one.
"Nope I pass" (Y/N) says.
"Oh come on?!" E says begging.
"Okay but last one" (Y/N) says.
She drinks it and says.
"You know what I want to do right now?!" (Y/N) says. "I want to fly"
"Yeah let's go!" I say kinda dizzy.
Me and (Y/N) go to the exit and open it. With the rest of the people following us. We put our helmets on so we can breath.

You🌙(I)
I jump of the ship first but I walk it and the first thing I do is I let myself fall. I push my button where the jet pack activates and I go flying.
I feel how the clouds are all over the place and I say to myself, 'I'm flying!'.
"Ahh!" I yell almost laughing.
I then feel something grab my waist. I turn my body up and I see Ratchet behind me.
I laugh and I smile at him.
"I bet I can fly faster than you?" He says.
"I take that bet" I say smirking.
"On three! One... Two...-" I interrupt Ratchet.
"Three....!" I say giving myself a head start leaving Ratchet behind.
"Hey cheater!" Ratchet yells from behind laughing.
I go flying down fast. It feels like I'm running in the sky.

I feel like a bird going through freedom.
"Ha Ha loser!" Ratchet says giving me the loser sign with his fingers. He Go's above me, he's ahead now.
He has Clank in his back.
I laugh and I press the super boost button to make me go turbo.
"Hey race you back to the ship!" I say. "I promise this time I won't go before 3"
"Alright deal" Ratchet says.
"Alright one... Two...-" I get interrupted by Ratchet.
"Three...!" He yells getting a head start.
"Hey....!" I say laughing.
I then use my turbo and I go fast..... While little sparkles come out flying with me.
I make it to the ship and see Ratchet and Clank.
"See told you I like Fast...." I say breathing heavily.
"I guess you were right.." Ratchet says breathing heavily too.
