Chapter 9: The Serious talk

You🌙(I)
We make it back to the Hall of Heroes.
E has already made sure Serena was straight sent to the hospital, and they told me that I couldn't go with them.
"Ahh...!" I say stretching and rubbing my temple.
"I still feel kinda dizzy from that wine" Ratchet says rubing his temple also.
"Yeah I knew I should of not drank a lot" I say. We keep walking till E says.
"Hey good night everyone" E says. The others wave her good bye but I don't cause I now live there.
"Come on (Y/N)" E says waving me over.
I look over at Ratchet and I tell myself that I need to talk about something with him.
"Hey! E I'm going to stay with Ratchet for today" I say not looking at E but at Ratchet. Ratchet looks surprised.
"You sure I mean-"
"I'm alright I just need him to do a favor for me about my spacecraft" I lie.
"Okay..." E says.
"I'll just stay with E for today" Clank says.
"No... Clank...." Ratchet whisper yells.
I laugh and look at the night sky.

I drive my motocycle with (Y/N) in my back.
It's really hard to focus since I'm a little drunk but just enough to pay attention to what I'm.
Once we make it to my garage I see a note on the door.
"Her kid I had to go and make a favor to my brother. Not gonna be here till tomorrow noon. -Grim"
"Great Grim is out of the city again" I say.
"What's the problem with that?" (Y/N) says.
"Well I hate it when he lives me by myself"
"I know that he was your only family but you also have Clank" (Y/N) says smiling. I smile back at her and the door slides open and we go inside.

We both sit outside and look at the night sky.

You🌙(I)
We were silent at first util I broke it.
"The reason why I wanted to come is..., well somethings important" I say.
"Like About what?" Ratchet says.
"Ratchet what actually happened to our planet?" I continue "did it explode? Are we the only ones who survived? I have so many question! So many answers I need!"
"Well what actually happened (Y/N).... The planet did explode. But I don't know if their was any survivors"
"Ratchet I need to know if their was actually survivors so I can help them"
"I know you want to help them" Ratchet says looking straight, not giving me eye contact.
"What makes you say that?" I say.
"The way you helped Serena" Ratchet says looking straight at me "you'll sacrifice yourself for a loved would it you?"
"I...- I would if it would mean to die for someone you really love" I say looking down then to the sky.
Ratchet looks at me, caring.
"But I can't never tell the story when my parents-.. Well...."
"Come on let it out...." Ratchet says grabbing my shoulder.
"I can't..... I can't let it out I'm sorry..." (Y/N) says standing up and wrapping my arms around myself.
"(Y/N)......."
"Ratchet life sometimes isn't fair you know?" I say "I never got the chance to go to school but instead to an army academy. Oh?! And that's not the worst part! The guy that you guys caught always wanted to fuck me! And good thing I know how to defend myself!" I say letting everything out and breathing heavily.
"(Y/N)... What about your parents?" Ratchet says "tell me so I can help you"
"There's nothing for you to know about my parents" I say looking away. I feel tears dropping a little.

Ratchet🔥
"It's getting late..." I say "let me take you home"
"But I told E that I'll be staying with you..." (Y/N) says.
"Yeah but you have a lot of things in you mind and I don't want me to bother you with all the hurt you have already..." I say.
(Y/N) stands there, I look a away. I then feel arms wrapped around me. I look down and see (Y/N) hugging me.
I hug her back.
"Come on let's get you home..." I say.
"But wait your gonna be by yourself and Clank isn't here..." (Y/N) says.
"Why are your so worried about me?" I say smirking.
"I'm not worried I'm just concerned?" (Y/N) says looking confused.
"Same thing.." I say laughing. We pull away.
"Either ways I'm staying I don't want you to be by yourself" (Y/N) looking in my eyes.
"Thanks" I say smiling a little.
"Come 0n it's really late" (Y/N) says looking at her watch.

"Alright I'll take floor and you'll take bed" I say.
"What?! No I'll take floor and you take bed" (Y/N) says. "Actually living room"
She starts towards the living room.
"Your guest you take the bed (Y/N)" I say by grabbing both her shoulders and sliding her in my room.
"Fine but your sleeping with me" (Y/N) says smirking.
"What?! No we're- um...-" I say confused.
"Ratchet I just want you to feel company that's all... And besides what's so bad of two friends that sleep together..." (Y/N) says.
"Okay maybe your right, cause I'm not use to being by myself" I say.
Then I get in bed first while (Y/N) still stands in the door way.
"Good Night boo..." She says as she starts walking out the room.
"Hey wait! (Y/N)!" I yell.
"Yes!" (Y/N) says coming back.
"You said it" I say correcting her.
(Y/N) sights and smiles. "Fine.."
I scoot back while (Y/N) comes in the bed.
"Oh and no touching cause I swear I'll slap you" (Y/N) says.
"Oh you wouldn't" I joke. (Y/N) them makes a serious face.
"Oh your not kidding" I say looking away scared.
I then close my eyes when I hear a good night.
"Good night Ratchet...." (Y/N) says whisper yelling.
"Good Night (Y/N)....." I say back and we sleep.

You🌙(I)
I wake up in the middle of the night. I check my phone for the time.
3:59 a.m
Great it's still night. I then feel arms wrapped around me, it makes me turn around and I see Ratchet and I so close to each other. And I warned him that if touches me I'm slapping him. But something inside me like's it. I don't know why but the outside doesn't like it.
"Ratchet...." I whisper.
He doesn't respond and I just ignore it.
I go to sleep without even caring.
