A True Love Story: Scorpius and Rose [ON HOLD]

Food Fight

I think this is going to be a fun chapter to read and write! Hope you enjoy!

Rose

It had been two weeks since the first Hogsmeade trip. I had hung out with the girls in my dorm equally as much as I had hung out with Al and Scorp.

All my classes have been going great, I definitely inherited my mother's brains and the teachers always say how good I am at answering questions. I kind of hate it because I don't really like being singled out very much, I get embarrassed easily I guess.

I tried out for the Quidditch team again, and guess what? I made it on the team, again! I was super excited, again.

I walked out of Potions with all these thoughts swimming through my mind. It was lunch time, I walked into the Great Hall to the smell of mashed potatoes and gravy. I loved how Hogwarts always had the best meals, even if it was just any old day, and not a special occasion. I sat down next to Alice and Harlee, (Taylor was sitting across from us) and smiled at Al and Scorp. They smiled and winked back, I wonder why... Suddenly, I saw mashed potatoes flying through the air coming straight for me! I ducked and it hit a Ravenclaw behind me. I looked up to see Al and Scorp laughing hysterically. I then grabbed a glob of mashed potatoes and flung it back at them. It hit Al right in the middle of his face. I laughed. Alice then proceeded to grab some green beans and through them at the Hufflepuff table, it hit Cedric Dursley, who was a first year that was second cousins with the Potter's, since his dad, Dudley Dursley, was Uncle Harry's cousin. Funnily enough, Dudley ended up marrying Cho Chang, who was Harry's ex-girlfriend, and they now have two magical children.

Anyways...

Food was flying everywhere! The teachers were acting totally oblivious, but were laughing too. Sometime during the food fight, someone threw some mashed potatoes at the teacher's table. It hit Professor McGonagall on her chin. She looked infuriated! Uh oh, I thought!
"Stop this at once!" Professor McGonagall screeched!
Everyone stopped immediately.
"Now, Scorpius Malfoy, Albus Potter, and Rose Weasley, please join me in my office." I gulped. We were in huge trouble!

We were silent the whole walk to her office.
"What was the meaning of this food fight?" McGonagall questioned.
We all looked down at our feet in shame until Scorp muttered: 'just for a good ol' laugh to cheer everyone up I guess.' We all looked up.
"Well, it was a laugh, but it was also against the rules. Do you understand?" We nodded. "Detention on Monday, my office at 7:00. Now back to your classes." We groaned and walked to our next lesson, charms.
