Blake POV

I sat at the kitchen table, I had my head in my head 'how am I gonna explain this to Yang?' 'We've never talked about this sort of thing before' I sighed heavily "what am I gonna do?" I stood up and began making dinner since Yang said she'd be home from a mission in a bit and I want her to have a warm welcome since the other times I've been asleep or out so I kinda feel bad. I stood at the stove and sighed again "guess this give me the perfect opportunity to tell her" I make Yang's favourite homemade steak with roasted vegetables and potatoes with gravy and for desert chocolate strawberry cheesecake. I plated up the food and poured her a glass of wine and myself some grape juice, just as I placed the plated on the table the door busted open "babe I'm home!" "In the kitchen Yang" she walked through and her mouth opened at the sight, she came over and hugged me "I've missed you" I hugged back but had to pull away "you reek! Go take a shower" she smiled and headed into the bathroom. I sat down at the table and minutes later she came back with clean, fresh clothes and dry hair "hungry huh?" She nodded and sat down then began to tuck into her food "how was you mission?" She swallowed the meat "good...lot of Grimm though me and Ruby handled it fine" "no Weiss" she shook her head "Ruby knocked her up...course Ruby doesn't know think she was planning on telling her today" I nodded and took a slight drink "something bothering you babe?" I avoided her gaze "Yang outta curiosity do you like kids?" She shrugged "they're alright I guess...but they'd probably annoy me during the night since I love my sleep" I nodded "OK" I finished my meal and took our plates to be washed. Yang came up behind me and placed her hands on my hips "why do you ask?" I turned around "Yang...I'm pregnant" she froze on the spot. I wiggled out of her grasp and heading into the bedroom shutting the door behind me. I lay on the bed and cried, until I fell asleep. I woke up sometime later surprisingly warm, I looked down and found my shirt half way up and Yang gently rubbing my belly and occasionally kissed it. I reached down and ran my hand through her hair, she looked up then came up to join me "I'm so sorry" she frowned at me "what are you sorry for? You didn't say if it was us having a kid...that's a different story i'd love them just as much as I love you" she cupped my cheek "I am gonna be there for you forever, I won't leave you, I won't abandon you" she placed her hand on my belly "both of you" I had tears in my eyes "Yang" I pulled her close and kissed her. We pulled away "hang on" she got out of bed and a few minutes later came back with two plates of cheesecake and ice cream "done the dishes babe" I looked at her "Yang, I should've done them" she shook her head and passed me my plate "don't worry bout it" she settled down next to me and we ate our cake in silent. We placed our plates on the bed side tables, Yang lifted my shirt off and went back down to my belly "Yang?" She smiled up at me and activated her semblance ever so slightly, she placed a hand on my belly and I moaned softly from the heat "too hot?" I shook my head "it's perfect" she kissed my belly "your gonna have one hell of a life kids" I smiled yes you are.
