Yang POV
Y'know it's funny...thunder storms don't scare anyone in team RWBY. Well, almost anyone. Blake, my girlfriend of 9 months, is terrified of them. Despite the fact that she has lived out doors for most of her life, you'd think she'd be used to it by now...nope. It was 3am when the thunderstorm hit, I was lying in my bed watching the strikes of lightning when I felt a body hugged me as the thunder sounded through the room. Ruby and Weiss were away visiting dad so me and Blake had the room to ourselves, we hardly did anything but eat junk and play video games. She whimpered and held me insanely close to her "you ok baby?" She shook her head, trembling in fear, I gently scratched her ears and she relaxed "Yang?" She looked up at me and buried her head into the crook of my head "Blake...I'm here the thunder and lightning can't hurt you...I've got you" she calmed down and we laid there enjoying each other's presence.
