Bryan
"Oh my god."
Those were the only words I could squeeze out of my ddictionary when I saw the drenched Scarlett brush pass me at the hallway. Piper, beside of her, ushered me not to pry anymore until Scarlett got into the washroom.
Piper opened her locker and immediately a subtlw scent of violet floated in the atmosphere. She pulled out her clean clothes which happen to be a long sleeved black hoodie and a pair of yoga pants and passed it to Scarlett.
"Its the only thing I have in here that's wearable." Piper said with a hint of guilt hidden in her tone. "Go on in and wash up. Take your time, its free period up until its after school." Piper told the poor Scarlett, drenched, head tilted down, looking at her feet, holding the clothes.
"Mmm" Scarlett nodded her head humbly as she entered the showers.
"Okay." I bursted. "Please explain the sticky situation right now."
"Who else?" Piper sighed as she slid herself up against the locker.
I just kept silent, indirectly indicating Piper to continue.
"Tiffany needed attention that she attempted to extract some from the new girl."
"That bitch."
"Calm down Pipes." I patted her on her shoulder. "Its not your fault."
"There is always some fault, in everything, everyone." She sighed.
"She is, the most pathetic creature."
"Yeah, because she is chris's girlfriend."
"Come on Pipes......" I knew what was coming.
"Forget it. " She grabbed my hand and assured me it was okay.
I would like to clarify once more, the relationship of me and Piper is more like siblings more than...... you know. Its more special than being in a relationship, its sister-brother hood. However this scene, this particular scene looked very much like a movie to me, let alone any passers. Piper draped against the wall, holding my hand, any normal human being will misunderstand, and that's exactly what the teacher assumed.
"Well, well." A teacher, well actually not really a teacher, I wasn't sure. I've roamed this hallways all my life and I have never stumbled upon this particular face before.
Piper immediately let go off my hand as if she was guilty and bent her head down.
"Ms Piper Mclean." She coughed as she made her strut with her classic pumps. "You are clear that public affection is strictly, how do I put it together, prohibited in this school?"
"I am aware." Piper looked down with her arms behind her back.
Piper may be cold and merciless at some times, however she pays her fair respect to teachers and the elderly.
"I could be positive to say I have heard quite a few rumors of you and Mr. Bryan Walker here." She said sarcastically.
"We would not want our fellow freshman's to walk into PDA at their first day of school, would we?"
Piper was literally looking at her feet all this while. Its coming off abit disrespectful rather than guilty.
"Both of you, detention."
