Delta team 6(furry fan fiction)

The team

I was nervous, scared almost, so scared I could throw up, but I didn't show it. I couldn't. It would show weakness. I can't let them think of me as a wimp. I had to show them I was good enough.

It was a cool Friday morning, time was going on 6:30 but I was wide awake. I was siting inside the black hawk helicopter right by general Stephen. His words still haunting me from yesterday.

What was he talking about? I thought to myself.

Other creatures? He must be just trying to scare me, I hear all the time about people pranking the new recruits, but he seemed so serious it was scary almost.

I checked my rifle to see if it was still on safety, I was in my full sleeveless military gear showing my strong military arms, i also had my radio kit hock up to my back, I carried a m416 rifle with my personal favorite pistol the m-17.

When the helicopter touchdown on the base there was already somebody waiting for us as we got out. He was a tall mainly black with white handsome fox in military a.c.u uniform, he looked to be in his late 20s, he saluted the general as he gets off with me.

Commander zero, it is a pleasure to see you! Stephen says.

Like wise general. He shakes his hand with a smile then looks over at me with green eyes.

Zero, this is your new recruit I told you about saber.

I salute the commander and he gives a nod and a smile.

It's good to have anther member of delta finally, I'm zero, I will be your commander out in the field.

Yes sir I responded

Ok commander I'm leaving you in charge of him, take care if the boy now. Last thing I need is hearing about a new recruit dyeing again.

My heart sank, my pointed fox ears even went down. I could only watch the general get back in the helicopter and fly off.

Again?...what does he mean again?..I thought.

The commander pats a hand on my back.

Ok, I think it's time for you to meet the team. He says with a smile.

Yes sir, I'd love too I respond.

Hey, don't call me sir, just call me zero he says and waves me over. Now come on.

Yes sir I-I mean ok and I follow.

While we are walking I ask him.

There really cool you'll like them, he says with a smile. Just don't tick them off.

Oh trust me I won't. I thought for a second to. First day of meeting the team and I make a enemy out of one, not such a good idea really.

We walk by two pilots, one is a make fox who reminds me of the guy off of top gun the other is a female hedgehog with beautiful Blonde hair, there both talking to each other while siting by a f-16.

That's melody and alpha, alpha is my brother.

I'm guessing thous too are good friends?

Really? I look at zero surprised then at them. They do look nice together. I thought to myself, I had a girlfriend while going into the army but we Brock up cause it wasn't working out. After that I continue my army training. While we walking we come up to a bright red colored fox, he looked to be almost my age but older he has short, kinda spiky hair, he had a cross on his shoulder standing for he was medic, he looks at us with green eyes, smiles and stands, he stands gives zero a fist bump.

How's it going Kurt? Zero ask

Just showing the new recruit around the base. This is saber.

He looks at me and smiles and offers a hand shake. I'm Kurt it's good to finally meet you Rockie

I shake his hand and smile.

Zero looks over at Kurt.

Hey I'm gonna show him around some more, I'll catch up with you later. They both shake hands.

Alright take care Kurt responds and we walk away. While walking I realize something. Something doesn't feel natural about this team. They don't feel normal, like something is off, but what?

As we walk I hear gun shoots, we're getting close to a target range. As we approach the target range we see a young beautiful black colored hedgehog firing off a sniper rifle, she hits her target every time.

Zero walks up behind her as she's reloading he turns her around and gives her a full kiss on the lips.

My eyes widen a little in surprise, I look at there hands to see a weeding ring on both there fingers.

Is everybody on this team married? I thought to myself.

They both slowly break the kiss but there both still holding hands, the girl looks over at me with surprise and speaks in a Russian accent.

Hun, who is that? She ask

Lily this is the the teams new recruit saber.

It's good to meet you we both shakes hands.

Same to you she says.

Lily is our teams sniper, puting his arms around her. And one of our best too. She gives a small giggles and I give a small smile.

So is that everyone? I ask

Yep, pretty much.

Huh, well, this seems like a pretty cool team

Lily gives a small smile.

There's more to us then you think saber. She says.

What do you mean? I ask.

Zero speaks. Well for one, me and lily are...he wasn't even able to finish his sentence before the ear splitting alarm goes off.

That's us! Zero says. Get your guys equipment and get to the helicopter! He kisses lily real quick. I'll see you there angel eyes he says and runs to the helicopter with me.

Rockie, you stick with us. You still haven't been told yet about our missions.

I'll be ok zero I say and he looks at me with a serious look. A look i well remember forever.

Trust me. He says. Your gonna need help.
