It was complete hell outside. That's the only way I could explain it. Hell.

Me lily, Kurt alpha and melody were standing outside the command center, the only thing separating us and the enemy's main attack force was hangers, vehicle and main infantry barracks. There was solders rushing everywhere. I grabbed one by the shoulder and swung him around.

Marine what's happening?

His voice sounded young. Around at least 19.

Enemy VWS and WSF breached the south wall. They hacked into our communications and radar. We never saw them coming!

Shit Where's jack when you need him?

Ask melody.

What are we up against? I ask the marine.

Light armor and mostly infantry.

We need someone to stop them from advancing up from the barracks at the south.

Right. I nodded. Get your men marine and tell them to guard the hangers. Delta well take back the barracks.

Yes sir! And the marine was off.

Yes! Target practice! Shouted lily.

I could use a few head shots.

I gave a small grin.

That was lily. Never scared. Always fearless. And I loved her for it.

Alright. Lets roll delta! Kurt go find jack and get him to get into our communications then regroup with us at the barracks.

Right. Kurt nodded and ran off.

Um zero? Ask melody.

I look over at her. Ready to go into a fight.

SABERS POV

Were are we going anyways? We're inside of a building. Not out there fighting!

You think I don't know that?

Me and marissa were following pepper up the stares. We were sprinting to the roof. I could hear the explosions outside. And I knew marissa defiantly could to. She could probably tell me more then what's going on outside.

She was a vampire after all.

pepper had a very large bag over her shoulder. She kicked the metal door open to roof letting the sun shine threw. Marissa gave a groan shielding her eyes. She told me she can only stay a few hours in the sun.

I took her hand to show I was there and she gave me a small smile.

Get over here you two! Yelled pepper and we ran over there.

It was chaos.

One side was burning building and solders running around with guns and a tank or two. The other buildings and hangers standing tall with alarms blurring. The base was surrounded by a massive wall and thick forest to stop anyone from coming here. Then I spotted them.

Zero was leading his team to stop the advancing attack force and was doing a very good job of it.

But we needed to push them back.

Pepper open the bag pulling out a sniper rifle I don't think Iv ever seen in basic training.

We're going to help our boys push back these assholes.
