Each midnight, I credit God for his blessings. I know that he will provide me with genuine contentment. He always does and I know he will now. I shift my attention towards my nightstand that held inside of the compartments a photograph of my Damaris. I place a peck upon the photograph and I glare outside of my window, hoping somehow she would receive it. Although I have departed from America, I have not departed from the earth. I only hope she proceeds to adore me as much as I adore her. It was rather late in my whereabouts and a sheep was knocking upon my door. I sauntered to my bed and collapsed in it, hoping to at least retain a goodnight's siesta.

A unanticipated guest came knocking upon my door during my slumber. I grumbled to myself as I had nobody else to retrieve it but me. I trudged to my entrance to find a youthful looking woman standing at it. She seemed to be bruised upon her leg. I wonder if she limped into my territory for protection of a possible danger. I immediately lead her inside of my home and sat her upon my counter top. I am unsure of whom this mysterious lady is; but I cannot turn away someone who is injured. I pull out my trusty 'First-Aid kit' and I bandage her abrasion. She glared at me with gratuitous eyes as she saw me doing so. I suppose that she must of have been impecunious because she stared at my belongings as though they were a pot of gold. After I finished dressing her abrasion, she left my residency without a word. I nevermore though I would see her again; however thoughts are only thoughts.
