~7 HOURS LATER~
I laughed at Maddie in her squid hat. We had been at Jordan's place just making jokes and celebrating: once we had arrived, Jordan told us proudly that she and her boyfriend, Josh, were going to get married. Since she was happy, and all of us were in the same town for once, we would go out to the bar to celebrate. We then sat around her house deciding what to wear. Jordan wore a cute blue sequined top and black leather pants with silver sequined high-heeled boots. She curled her hair and did her make-up to perfection. Dina wore a very pretty white top with flowers on it, her hair pinned up elegantly, and black dress pants along with black heels. Reaghan had a sequined green, sleeveless dress and strappy green heels, her long blonde hair scrunched and bangs pulled back. Lauren was in a cute green mini-dress that flaunted her curves, matching heels, her red hair curled and pinned, make up showing off her dazzling green eyes. Annie had on a pink cocktail dress and strappy peep toed shoes. Her hair was pulled into an elegant bun, and a very light bit of make up. Maddie, her little sister Alex, and I were the only ones not dressy. Maddie wore her TARDIS dress proudly, and a cute bowtie choker. Alex had her dark choppy hair straightened and the tips dyed purple to match her outfit and eyes; she had on a cute purple lacy top, black skinny jeans, and black, strappy high-heeled boots. I was wearing my favorite pair of ripped, faded jeans, a tight fitting white tank-top, and my Georgia boots. I had my hair scrunched and dark, eye popping make-up, along with a light bit of red lipstick. All in all, I thought we looked great. We walked down the road to the small little bar where I used to work. While everyone else ordered fruity little mixed drinks, I asked for a margaritaville. We got Alex a Virgin Mary, the only non-alcoholic drink there for Maddie's 19 year old sister. We all walked to the corner to shoot pool.

I sighed, sitting on my front porch steps, waiting for Wade who was late. Again. I considered just walking to the bar without him. Riley had left to go spend time with her group of friends, and I hated to admit it, but I was slightly jealous. I wanted to spend more time with her after she slept over last night. I sighed when Wade's car pulled up. Wade wanted to record some drunk minecraft tonight, so I figured lets just walk to the bar. I was in a simple button up green shirt and dark jeans. Wade had on a red t-shirt and jeans. I sighed, grabbed my phone and some cash, and we walked the few blocks to the bar. We sat down at the bar and ordered 2 beers. I noticed the regulars around the bar were stirred up for some reason, talking about some hottie that seemed to be from out of state. Remotely curious, I glanced around, but couldn't see over the heads of all the drunks. I glanced over to the corner of the room where all the pool tables were, and my jaw dropped. I stared wide eyed, mouth hung open as Riley danced around the pool table.

I was aware of all the eyes on us, but didn't care. I was just starting to get tipsy, and was laughing at every guy that stared at us while we played pool. "Hey Jordan, tell us how he proposed," Alex asked. She looked funny with the strobe lights reflecting off her purple hair and eyes, her bangs all flipped to the left, almost entirely covering her purple eye. Jordan smiled, "We were having dinner at his house. He had cleaned and made the house look amazing, had the table set up with flowers and candles and the silverware polished and laying out. We had spaghetti, naturally, and the loveable idiot dropped the ring in the plate, he was so nervous. Obviously, I said yes, and after that... well I'm not explaining." she didn't have to; the smile on her face said it all. I laughed, then lined up my shot. I smiled when one of my favorite songs came on. I immmeadleaty started dancing, not caring that anyone was there. "doesn't that count as disturbing the peace; I should turn you in." I turned to see Mark grinning at me. I laughed and hugged him, "Hey, don't lie," I joked, tipsy, "you know you jealous of mah body" I gestured to myself, and he threw his head back laughing, "Well, actually, yes." he said, chuckling. Jordan leaned over, "Go getcha some, we could have a joint wedding" I smiled, and grabbed Mark's hand, "Let's dance." he smiled and led me to the dance floor, ignoring the laughter from my friends and jealous stares of the guys.
