"Augh!" Ruth proclaimed as she glanced at her alarm clock. The harsh red numbers read six thirty in the morning.
"It's too early to be up on a Saturday," she groaned, as she turned over in her bed. Parts of the dream she had returned in vivid detail.
"It's alright," she whispered to herself, "It was only a dream." She starred up at the ceiling trying to go back to sleep.
"I guess I'm having an early start today," Ruth grumbled as she threw off her sheets. Ruth tip toed groggily to the bathroom stepping carefully to ensure that she didn't wake up the rest of her family.
"Why do I have these dreams," Rachel thought as she turned the facet on and splashed her face with cool water, trying to wake up. She glanced up at herself in the mirror. To her there wasn't anything special. There she saw a person with hazel eyes framed by glasses, a small neat nose, full pink lips, with dark blonde almost brown ,short hair framing her face. She has had strange dream, even scary ones, before but none were like this one. This dream was so vivid, so life-like. But she was normal, nothing special so why these dreams, why now?
"I guess I will never know." Ruth sighed as she dried off her face and headed back into her room.
Little did she know what was going to happen next.

"So that was my dream," Ruth finished.
"That was certainly an interesting dream," her mother declared as she offered Ruth some orange juice. "Sure was," Ruth commented, thanking her mother for the drink.
"Well, you know what I think we need to do," her dad said with a smile as he finished his food.
"Find out what God has to say," Dara asked?
"Exactly," their dad said with a wink.
"I'll go get the Bible," Caleb offered as he got up from the table.
"While we wait for Caleb; Ruth ,Dara help me clear the table," their mother motioned to them.
" Yes, mom," they answered. Caleb came in with the Bible as Ruth and Dara finished the dishes.
" Today we are going to read Psalms 23," their father told them as he flipped to it, " and it reads as such..."
The Lord is my shepherd,
There is nothing I lack.
He lets me lie down in green pastures,
He leads me besides quiet waters,
He renews my life;
He leads me along the right paths
For his name's sake
Even though I go through the darkest valley,
I fear no danger
For you are with me;
Your rod and your staff - they comfort me
You prepare a table before me
In the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
My cup overflows.
Only goodness and faithful love will pursue me
All the days of my life,
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord
As long as I live."
" Let's pray," her father said as they all bowed their heads
