Chapter 4: Love from Charlie

Valentine's POV:
"You gonna get a piercing too?", Charlie asked with a playful smile.
"Why are you so happy today?"
"I don't know, maybe because we're getting the one thing we've been talking about for four years.", Charlie replied while rolling her eyes.

Charlie bounced her leg up and down as we sat inside the cab. I inclined my head towards the window, everything was moving, different colours and shades swirled passed my eyes. "You didn't answer my question...", Charlie sang out. I was forced to turn away from the window. Charlie was tapping her nose ring and looking in different directions as she did so. Most of the time, I have a pretty good idea of what Charlie is trying to hint but in this moment, I really have no fucking clue.
"Uh..." She slammed her hand against the black cushioned seat and gave me her best bitch face while staring right into my eyes.
"Ok what?", I said with a grin.
"Get a nose ring! I have mine on my right nostril so you can get yours on your left-" Charlie interrupted herself with a giggle. "and we'd be..." She drummed her hands against the seats. "Relationship goals!"
"Oh my god. I hate you."

It's actually happening. The neon sign above our heads read Tattoo Studio Open. We squealed in excitement as we linked arms. Charlie grabbed both my arms and turned me so I faced her. The door is right in front of us, why is she stopping now?
"I just need to say...I love you Val...and-and that is why I'm getting a rose tattooed to my arm forever. Because I love you. So fucking much.", a small smile shaped on her lips and her blue eyes were now glistening...is she going to cry?
"Aww Charlie! I love you t-", she wrapped her arms around me and rested her face into my shoulder.
"Hey hey come on char char." She giggled through her sniffles.
"Ok ok I'm sorry". She wiped her eyes and composed herself.
"Let's do this."

Sorry for the short chapter! I know this is kind of a filler and nothing really major happened but I don't know ok.
