KAYLA'S P.O.V - ITALY, ROME - 12:08am

That was quite a show! I must say, I find it hilarious when Ryan looks terrified because he always tries to put on a brave face. Ryan just reminds me of a little lion. Thats what I should nickname him! Ryan the lion!

I looked at him fondly as he was untying his black boots next to me. "What?" He asked as he looked up at me. I shrugged with a smirk on my face as he rolled his eyes and chuckled. "You're full of mystery, you know that?" He scoffed as he raised an eyebrow. I remained silent and I smiled bashfully.

"Hey, what should we do with Lauren? Where's she meant to be staying tonight?" Courtney asked as she was passing through the living room to get to the stairs. "I dont know, Luke sorted it out." I answered. Courtney made a face. "No hope in hell am I going up to him right now anyway and I doubt ye want to." Courtney said as she looked at both me and Ryan who were the only ones left downstairs along with a knocked out Lauren next to me on the couch.

"He's gonna kill us either way. We'll leave her there. She looks pretty comfy.. actually I'm pretty jealous." I said as I started to drift off into a world of sleep and cosiness.

"Dont you fall asleep now either, I'm not lifting you up them stairs." Ryan said as he took off his other boot and put them by the wall. "Uh, excuse me? You shouldnt be that weak if you want to stay in Luke's crew." I said with a smirk. "Im just saying." Ryan sighed as he nodded at me to follow him upstairs.

I stood up and took one last glance at Lauren before I closed the door after me.

LUKE'S P.O.V - ITALY, ROME - 1:28am

I woke suddenly and found myself sitting at my desk. I rubbed my face vigorously to get my thoughts together. I breathed into my hands as I closed the window. I could really go for a drink right now. And by drink I mean beer.

I made my way downstairs and opened the door to the living room to get to the kitchen. I randomly took a glance around the living room as I spotted a lump on the couch. I walked over to it and slightly took off the blanket. It was Lauren.

Her face was squashed up against the back of the couch and her arm dangling off the side. That would hurt in the morning. I got annoyed at the people who were last down here, whoever they were, that they didnt let me know Lauren was still down here. I sighed with annoyance.

I took the blankets off her fully and thought for a moment. Her dogs are in the room she was meant to be in but she could get anxious if she was to wake in a room alone that she's never seen before.

Era sure feck it. I swooped her up in my arms and prayed that she was a heavy sleeper. She stirred a bit which made me struggle to keep my grip as I tried to open the door.

We made it to my room and I put her softly on the bed by my window. She instinctively pulled the covers over her as I felt a small smile crawl onto my face.

Dammit Luke! Snap out of it! You cannot get these feelings.. again. Not after what happened. Do not get attached!

I took off my shirt and sat at the desk and turned on my little desk lamp. I needed to sort out what we were to do in the morning. We needed to leave Italy in the morning. 5am at the latest. Daniel should have the helicopter planted in the woods a few miles away so we're gonna need to take the van to take everyone in. Laurens car will just track her down. Then once we get to the helicopter, we fly straight across to Greece. Then we find one of our bases in Athens. This one if personally my favourite one out of many in Greece. Its a cave system where it leads to a bunch of stairs that go down into a huge area of a cave but all set up for computers and room and shit. There are blue icicles in there that have something in them that lights up the room all blue.
