I'm Back

Chapter 2

Kara's pov

We are the first people in the class room so we sit in the front apparently fronts for nerds middle is for the okay people and the back is for the popular people stupid I know kids start filing in an soon after our teacher Mrs.Burrow comes in she's in her 40's hair always up in a bun wear pencil skirts and button up shirts with a blazer and flats

"Today we will be doing a lab just some reviewing nothing hard" she says we do what we always do pick a partner and start on the lab I raise my hand. "Yes Kara?" she asks me.

"Can I use the restroom?" I ask her
"I don't know can you?" she giggle obviously liking her joking but I give out an awkward laugh I clear my throat.
"May I use the restroom?" I ask differently this time trying to avoid any other joke she nods I stand up and walk out the door

About halfway to the bathrooms I get pushed against the wall pain striking through my back I look up to the most popular kid in school Ash and his friends "Hey whore" he says to me.

I look down staring at my shoes in embarrassment. He then punches my in the stomach, I bend over while holding my belly.

"Look at me when I'm talking to you!" he yells at me then grabbing my chin pulling it upwards so now I'm standing up and looking at him. He slaps me in the face then lets his girlfriend Amanda, the most popular girl, get a few punches in. She slaps me with the back of her hand so that her big ring cuts down the side of my cheek blood running out from the cut.
She knees me in the stomach and I bend over in pain. She pushes me to the floor stepping on me with her 6 inch heels at one points she steps on my face making my cut grow bigger next then I know my brother Adam kicks me in the head and I'm out like a light.

I wake up light shining in my eyes I close them back then once I adjust to the light I open my eyes back up looking around I'm in the hospital.

Everything starts coming back I look down my arms and legs have bruises on it well the parts that I can see the hospital gown goes a little past my knees but the sleeves are short I hear the door open "ahh your awake I'm Dr. Virmen it seems that you have been hit because these are not bruises from falling I can tell don't lie and I won't tell your parents" he says getting straight to the point I look up at him probably around his 60's the grey hair gives it away

"Umm yeah I'm bullied at school" I say quietly hoping he doesn't but obviously he ain't old enough because he hears me "well you need to talk to someone about this"and with that he leaves a nurse then comes in and checks my blood pressure and all dat "um may I see what I look like" I ask her "of coarse sweety" she says and pulls out from her pocket a small mirror...

Okayyyy, oh well I take it from her then look at my face there is a scar on my right cheek probably some medicine was put on it cause it's faded and I've had a cut worse than that on my leg, anyways around the cut is a purplish colored bruise a huge one luckily they didn't get my nose but I do have a bruise on my left cheek and forehead. I also have a head ache where it's at I give the mirror back to her "Can I get you anything else?" She asks me I nod "a water and something for my headache please" I ask her she nods then goes to a table with a bottle opens it an grabs two small pills and the water beside it. "Thanks for reminding me about the pills or I would have forgotten to give them to you" she laughs then leaves.

What nurse forgets to give there patient their medicine I stop thinking about and takes the pills then get a drink of water and put it to the side and go back to bed
