Chapter 8

hey so it's been almost a year... hehe. sorryyyy. I left you on a sort of cliff hanger didn't i? it wasn't bad but I'm sure you've been wanting to know his reaction. well I am here to give you that answer.

Ash's pov

"who are you?" I ask her.

"Kara" she says with a smirk on her face but hatred in her eyes.

"Dayum... really? damn girl, puberty did you good. You're hot now." I say with a smirk.

"I know." she said while picking at her red fingernails. I was actually shocked when she said that but it made her even more hot. I didn't even notice that she had walked away and by the time I did Amanda was yelling at me cause apparently she heard me say to Kara that she was hot and so she dumped me. Oh well I only liked Amanda cause she was a thirsty hoe that'd open her legs for me anytime.

Kara's pov

After he was done talking he was staring at me like a creep so I just walked away, but I mean what a dick he ruins my life then I come back and he expects me to fall for him just like that cause I'm "hot" now...? all he wants some hoe to bang, he is a inconsiderate shallow bastard who doesn't give a shit towards anyone. I got so lost in my thinking that I ran into someone it was a short girl about my age with blonde hair and blue eyes she had on black skinnies and a cream sweater and all black vans.

"Hey sorry, I wasn't paying attention." I said to her.

"Oh that's okay. it's not like I fell or anything so it's all good." she said cheerfully while smiling at me.
"So what's your name?"

"Kara" I say while asking her the same question "Claire Alexander" she continues
"You're new here right? if you want me to I could show you the ropes I was here last year so I've got the hang of it now"

"uhm, no thanks I used to go here but I moved for personal stuff so I know." I mean I don't want her judging me for something as stupid as rude people, I've had enough of judging to last me a lifetime.

"Oh well that's good, have you got your schedule with you?" she asks.

"yeah" I say handing it to her.

"we've got most classes together except for math." she hands me my schedule as someone yells for Claire
"oh I want you to meet my friend, her name is Grace." she pulls me towards Grace without giving me a chance to tell her that she's my bestfriend and that I know her.

"Grace sorry I wasn't here yesterday as you know I was throwing up and did not want to come, anyways before I hung up on you you mentioned something about a new girl this would be her correct?"

"Yes I was going to tell you that she's my bestfriend, so are you of course" Grace adds as Claire gets a sad look on her face but when she said that she brightened up
"that's good then, I don't have to introduce anybody."

They head into first period but I stay behind to get my books from my locker which is on the 3rd floor on the opposite side of the building from my first period. All that's up here is a few extra class rooms like band and chorus and a bunch of lockers the classes up here don't start until fifth period for god knows why but oh well, I get my stuff and as I'm shutting my locker I get slammed into it.

"What the hell?" I yell shocked I look up and guess who, Amanda.
"Oh, Amanda what a pleasant surprise" I say smiling sweetly
she doesn't really know what to do so she knocks my books out of my hands and has a smirk of triumph on her face

I start cracking up " y-you really t-think I'm gonna c-cry or somethin?" I say in between laughs "phew" I say while wiping away fake tears.

"you know what, I'm not even gonna fool with you today. I'm done with your shit and I don't want revenge, I don't want world peace from you or some shit. I just want you to stop playing your games towards me and just walk off. but I swear if I see you bully one person you will regret it." I say to her with so much hatred in my voice, she looks calm but you can tell she's far from it, she's scared. I smirk and walk off.

"Hey Kara" Claire waves me over to a seat behind her I thank her and sit down I get my needed stuff out and start copying notes even though it's still the first week.

a paper gets thrown at me I look around everyone is still doing their work I shrug and get the paper that fell onto the ground and open it, it says 'meet me after school by the football field I have some explaining to do' there's no name on it and I'll have Grace stay near by so sure why not.

the bell rings which signals class is dismissed and I carry on with they day without a lot people bothering me, I had a few people here and there say shit but I talked some sense into them.

It's the last period of the day and I've already told Grace the whole ordeal, she thinks it's a bad idea but oh well she said she'd stick around behind a tree or something.

As the bell rings I go upstairs and put all my stuff away in my locker and walk towards the football field when I get there no one is there as I was about to leave I here a voice asking me to sit back down.

I sit down and roll my eyes at the familiar voice "What do you want Ash?" I ask agitated.
