Chapter 1: Welcome Back!

***Avalon's POV***

Hey yo! Remember me? Avalon Pierce? I'm the girl Mikey Fusco played like a puppet doll. He apologized and apologized but it takes more than that. My besties had to leave but this Summer the crazy group is BACK! Yeah you heard me right..we're back! Kian and I have been going strong, he is literally the sweetest guy ever.

Mikey...I don't know. He stayed in L.A. with Madison, Jason, and Louis because they're recording their album. Nick stayed to do his own thing while Vin went back to Jersey. Of course I was heartbroken when the girls had to leave...I mean c'mon they're my best friends.

And I am now officially 15, I have my driver's permit so that should be interesting. Blake is 19 so after Summer last year he started his mission (like a church mission) in Brazil. I miss him like crazy but I still have the mini munchkins. Plus he is coming back for awhile, like a month of so.

Right now I am skateboarding around town with Jackson. I had my light pink pennyboard with black wheels which I named 'Princess' with me and I gotten better.

"Hey wanna visit May?"I asked him.

He nodded as we pumped faster and went on across the street.

I wish I worn warmer clothes. Even though it's Summer the Summer weather doesn't kick in till the middle of June. I wore red denim jeans, a white high low infinity cropped tank-top, black Chuck Taylors, a red beanie, and a bracelet that Kian gave me.

As we arrived outside the diner we got off our boards and kept it tucked under our arms. I saw a Range Rover that looked so familiar, but I didn't know who it was.

When we went in the AC hit me. A light breeze hit my arms making goosebumps.

"Aunt May?"I said.

Then she came out of the kitchen. Her honey blond long hair flowing over her shoulders, her bright green eyes still bright as ever, and her sun kissed skin darker.

"Jackson! Av!"she smiled as she rushed over and hugged us.

"Missed ya too May,"Jackson laughed.

"Great to see you two as always,"May commented as she pulled away."What can I do for you two?"

"Ooh I want a vanilla milk shake to go please,"I said.

Jackson rolled his eyes before he looked around and leaned to May,"chocolate chip cookies please."

She laughed,"coming right up."

We sat by the booth waiting for our order as May went in the kitchen.

I looked around to see that the diner hasn't really changed. The stage was still there, the karaoke machine look the same, and of course the big glossy black piano. Then I saw some one guy I wish I didn't. I saw Michael Elio Fusco.

I quickly shielded my face and looked away.

"What the hell are you doing?"Jackson hissed.

"They're here,"I muttered.

See our code word for the Boyz are 'they'. I know shady of us but I really don't wanna see them.

I've changed a lot. My personality is different and of course my outlook. I had my dark, black hair with copper gold highlights, my blue eyes bright as ever, and of course my L.A. tan.

"Avalon?"I heard Madison questioned.

I look up to see them looking at me and Jackson, especially Mikey.

"Oh uh hey,"I stammered.

"Oh shoot I gotta go, promised Mr. H I'd wash his car,"Jackson said getting his brown paper bag filled with cookies and left.

Great...now I'm alone with these idiots..This just gets better and better.

"Boyz,"I said politely.

"Nice to see you again,"Jason said.

"Thanks, same to you,"I said."So uh what are you guys doing back here?"

"You didn't here? We moved out here, with our families and Vin and Nick should be arriving tomorrow,"Louis replied.

WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?! NO NO NO NOOOOOOO!

I put on my best fake smile,"oh how great."

"Hey..um can I talk to you outside?"Mikey asked me.

I hesitantly nodded,"sure."

I took my milkshake and walked outside the diner with Mikey.

"I'm sorry,"he said."Look um..can we forget about what happened last Summer?"

"Hmm can we?"I asked.

"Please,"he said.

"Nah, you'll have to earn my forgiveness,"I smirked."Oh and Kian says hi."

I knew that last one hurt him but I didn't care. He put me through shit last year and now payback's a bitch.

With that I put my board down and skated away, not lookin' back.

Like I said I've changed. I don't care if it's for the better or the worse, but I've changed..he needs to understand that. They all do...

***Mikey's POV***

She's so...different now. Not in a good way, nor a bad way. She's changed, but my feelings for her hasn't.

Kian..Yeah I heard that they're dating. It hurts, really bad. I cried for like a week before I realized something. Yeah she and Kian are dating, but I know she felt something between me and her. I know it. How do I know?

Flashback: 

"Avalon"I shouted as I jogged up to her and grabbed her by the arm.

"Let go of me!"she growled as she got out of my grasp.

"I know you like me."

She rolled her eyes,"cocky much? And how would you know-"

I didn't let her finish, I grabbed her by the shoulders and kissed her. Then I pulled away.

"Tell me you didn't feel that,"I said.

"That's the shocker Mikey, I didn't,"she said but I could tell she was lying.

She walked away but I let her, cos I already had my answer. If she didn't feel the same for me than she wouldn't have kissed back. 

I will get her. Just have to get her to stop being so stubborn...But than again this is Avalon we're talking about.

I sighed as I went back in the diner. This Summer is gonna be different. I know it will....
