"TOE AND TRBLE TRBLE TREBLE BANG BANG AND TREBLE TRBLE  HOP AND HEEL SLIDE-" I heard my dance teacher yell from the other side of the room as he drilled hornpipes. Everyone is leaving for Oireachtas tomorrow, so this is our last chance to practice hard.

I looked at my phone screen. 9:08
We've been at class since 4:00. I tirelessly looked around the studio. My teacher was drilling the hornpipes, some dancers were off to the side or in the corner practicing and chatting. Others were sitting on the floor next to the dance room drinking water and eating snacks. I just did my full out hornpipe again (which felt like the 100th time) and it felt like my legs were about to fall off. Hopefully, all of this hard work will pay off in two days.
"Hey Grace." I said to my best friend as she came to where I was sitting and laid down as she grabbed a bag of Doritos.
"My foot started to hurt again and I have no idea what I'm going to do." She complained.
"But I thought the cast healed it?" I asked.
"Well it didn't heal all the way. So now I'm dancing at Oireachtas with a

partial broken foot." She said as she stuffed her mouth with the Doritos.
"Hang in there girl it'll be okay." I told her as I stole the bag away from her and put some chips in my mouth.

"Shannon come do your set." Demanded my teacher.
I followed instruction and did my set for probably the 5th time tonight. I shouldn't be complaining though. I dance at Oireachtas in two days!!!! I finished my new set Planxty Davis without dying and not a feeling of faint (surprisingly).
"Just watch the rhythm section at the end with the triple click and watch your timing on the last count there." Firmly said my dance teacher.
I nodded and went in the corner to drill that last piece. After doing that ten times, my teacher called us all to stand on the dance floor. I stood next to Grace and Michael.
"I just want to let you all know how proud I am of all of you. Everything is done. You guys have put in all of the work. Now it's time to show the judges what you can do. Put on a show for them. Dance you best and that'll make me happy. I'll see you all in Connecticut." We all had a big group hug and then we gathered our things.
I went to my dance bag and noticed another note that read:
See ya in Connecticut little miss perfect.

As I rolled my eyes at this, I folded the note and put it in the side pocket of my dance bag, along with the other notes this mysterious weirdo has been giving me.
I walked out of the dance studio with my mom and as I looked back and told everyone goodbye, Cara and Kaitlyn gave me a rude glare.

When I finally got home, I had to finish packing for the weekend. I made sure I packed all my regular clothes and dance clothes. I packed all my toiletries, dancing accessories and essentials, and I made sure my dress and kick pants were neatly packed in my dance bag. Once everything was packed I checked my phone before I went to bed.

I decided to call Michael to tell him about the note I got today.

"Hey Shan." He said
"Hey."
"What's up?"
"This person sending me these notes is freaking me out. I don't know what to do."
"Don't worry Shannon, I have a plan."
