summary: Joe runs into Caspar the hall monitor, whom also is his boyfriend; when Caspar asks him why he's there, Joe just grabs his arm and runs.

C'mon Joe keep running. KEEP RUNNING! I run trough the halls as fast as I can; almost out of breath I finally reach the stairs to the 1st floor. You see, our school's pretty damn big; and there are 3 floors, so to get to the ground floor I have to go from my class, all the way to the other side of the school. But those thoughts disseapear once I reach the first floor and see the hall monitor and the end of the hall. I run over to him, and just as I guessed it was Caspar, the hall monitor and my boyfriend . "Joe, what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be in class? You're my boyfriend and I love you allot, but you're still going to the principals office" I didn't really care and I just grab his left arm as fast as I can and pull him with me. Over to the stairs to the ground floor. Once we reach the ground floor, I pull him behind me as we run like we never ran before, my legs treathening to stop working at any moment. When I finally see the shattered front doors, we run, we run trough the doors, over the empty parking lot, except for our, I presume, now dead principal. We run over the street, into the forest just across the road. When we're at the river where I asked Caspar to be my boyfriend, we stop and he stares at me for a while ('cause 'Joe' you're amazing, just the way you are.) Out of breath Caspar asks: "Joe, why did you take me here? What's wrong." Still full of adrenaline, it took me a while to find the right words. "Caspar, I didn't tell you what was wrong because i had no time" "Why not Joe, tell me" "When I looked out of the window I-I-I" Now that the adrenaline was gone i was filled with fear and sadness thinking about my friends. "Awww Joe, come here" Caspar put his arms around me and hugged me for a while before i openend my mouth again; "I didn't tell you anything because when I looked out the window" "When you looked out the window you saw?" "I saw a gunman entering the building you were in"
