Chapter 24

I yawned as max brought the bags in "Max I'm sleepy" I said rubbing my eyes

"Well the bed is yours" he said smiling warmly at me "I'll sleep on the couch"

"No max I-I'm not taking the bed if you have to take the couch, you took couch last time." I said crossing my arms

"Well technically so did you" he said with a laugh and sly look on his face

"Max..." I said blushing

"If you don't lay down on that bed right now I'm gonna have to tickle you"

"Pftttt" I said laughing a little, blushing "that sounded dirty"

"Immature but true" he said laughing with me but he just pulled me in close to him and he made us fall to the bed. My face nuzzled into his shoulder "Whats this a (Y/N) is trapped?"

"M-Max" I said with a flustered face moving my face up "W-We can share the bed then." I said looking away

"Huh I like the sound of that" He smirked, moving his hands to my waist. I couldn't think straight, with max and I in this position, and him... touching me- How could I?

"I- um... You can..." I stumbled on my words "I'm going to change." I said escaping his grasp on me and grabbing a shirt from a bag and rushing into the bathroom. I undressed and put the shirt on and looked at myself in the mirror.... Did I seriously just grab a shirt from Max's bag?! It was his Sans shirt. I inhaled and walked out of the bathroom. I looked at max who was smiling at me

"You look good" He said as I walked closer to the bed

"T-Thanks I like the shirt" I said as I plopped next to him on the bed "I didn't see the annoying dog though"

"Well I can show you" he said pulling me close to him, he looked defeated "Tomorrow..." He said, He seemed to have made up his mind about something. "I love you (Y/N)."  He said exhaling on my neck

"I love you too Maxy" I said moving my Hands to his head and playing with his hair. He groaned a little and moved his hands to my waist

"You don't know how hard this is for me."

"What do you mean?" I said as he just nuzzled my neck

"This. Being in love with you (Y/N), and someone trying to push me away from you. It makes me Love, want, and need you even more." He said. His hands loosened around my waist and he sighed "I thought keeping a distance would be better, but being closer is better. Much better" I didn't know what to say

"I-I don't want to be distant, I wholeheartedly love you." I said moving my hands to his neck

"This is torture..." He groaned again

"How do you think I feel" I said "I can't think straight."

"Is it my hands" He said with a small chuckle and ran his hand down my waist

"M-Max" I bit my lip and held in a groan

"I'll take that as a yes, Goodnight." He said moving himself off of me quickly

"Goodnight" I repeated as I hugged the pillow and attempted to sleep
