I wish I had a special thing in this chapter because it's the 17th, but unfortunately I don't.
:(

Two weeks had passed and DK was still yet to tell the boys about their plan. The 2nd half of lunch bell rang and DK got up and was about to leave again.

Woozi grabbed him by the back of his collar. "Alright, that's it. I'm done waiting."

DK was forced to sit back down.

"Wait for what?" He asked cluelessly.

"Why you keep leaving to hang out with Lyn and sometimes Mark. What's up with you three? Is there something going on?" Mingyu asked.

"What?! There's nothing going on," DK lied terribly.

"Oh really? Lee Seokmin? Then how do you explain this!" Seungkwan turned on the projector where a picture of Seungkwan dancing in a white polo shirt and boxers in their kitchen appeared. "Ah! I mean this one."

The pictures showed DK hanging out and hugging the girls and laughing with each other.

"Okay," DK turned the projector off. "I was going to tell you this, but I needed to find the right time to do it because you guys could be mad at what I say."

There was silence as everyone looked at DK.

"I like a girl," DK stated.

"Well, no shit," Seungkwan said, warning a very violent slap from Joshua. "Ow! That was worse than the guitar."

DK took a deep breath. "I like a girl in my math class, but I don't want to tell you guys, yet until I have everything planned."

"Why?" Mingyu asked.

"Because knowing all of you, something will happen and The8 will end up dangling upside down from the ceiling again."

The8 shivered a bit after getting war flashbacks.

"Just let me do this one thing by myself and I won't ever ask for anything again," DK declared.

"I got that on tape. We're good. Move along," Hoshi said turning off his camera.

Everyone went back to their spots to work on other things leaving DK to wonder what the heck just happened.

Meanwhile in the secret practice room...

"Sorry, Mark," Lyn said as she messed up the footwork for the third time.

"It's fine. We can take a break if you want," Mark turned off the music and tossed a water bottle at Lyn.

Lyn took large sips and then closed it again. "We can keep going. Maybe just slow it down a bit."

The two stood up in front of the mirror.

"Ready?" Mark asked.

Lyn nodded.

"Okay, 1 and 2 3 e and a 4 5 and a 6."

The girls continued until the bell rang.

When fourth period started, Mark and Lyn rushed out of the school and through the window of their practice room.

"We really need to add cushions below the window. This is the 14th time that I fell on the floor since we started going this way," Lyn complained.

"Why don't you design some stairs or something?" Mark wondered.

Lyn thought for a minute as to why she hadn't thought of that before. "I'm going to go write that down."

The girls ran through their new dance routine one more time to fix any small details.
