After wondering aimlessly through Comic Con, we ran into two guys. One was wearing a squirrel mask, and the other was wearing a realistic owl mask. At first Rachel and I found ourselves smiling like retards, but that stopped when the one in the owl mask started talking.

"Hey! Funny running into you!" He said facing me. I just looked at him confused before looking at Rachel just shook her head.

"Who are you? and why would that be funny?" I was holding my hand near my chest, when the man in the owl mask reached out and took it lightly by the wrist.

"Are you okay? Does it still hurt? When we left you looked like you were going to cry." He poked at the badaging around my palm. It took me a second before I realised who he was, but when I did, I had to take a second look... and maybe a third.

"Ow, yes it still hurts. Why are you wearing an owl mask!? You realize just how creepy that is? I mean I love owls to death, but I still don't like being approached by a man wearing one as a mask." I could hear him chuckling slightly.

"Okay, so I'm confused. Who are you two?" I looked over at Rachl and smiled.

"These are the boys from earlier that took me to first aid.... Well this one did, I don't know if he's the same person or not." I said pointing at the squirrel man.

"I'm the same." He looked to Rachel, extending his hand for her to shake. "Hello, my name is Tyler. What's yours?" Rachel's face lit up and all I could do was laugh.

"I.. um I'm Rachel Stevens." She took his hand in hers, and shook gently. Their hands stayed there for a few good minutes, before Rachel retracted her hand with a light blush on her face. I rolled my eyes and looked back at the owl.

"So are you going to tell me exactly what you guys are doing?" My eye brows raised I looked between the two guys.

Tyler spoke first. "We wanted to meet the reason you burned your hand." Tyler smiled taking a step closer to Rachel. "Nice Loki by the way. I can see why you won." Rachel's jaw dropped. He just smiled at her.

"Stop flirting Tyler" the owl masked man said before punching Tyler in the arm. "She's like 16."

"Oh my... aren't you the smart one!" I smirked. I looked over to Rachel, who was making lovey eyes at Tyler, in her attempt at subtle flirting. "Rachel, are we done for today? I'm getting tired."

Rachel broke eye contact with the squirrel long enough to pout. "But.... I want to walk around a bit more!" I was about to complain about it being 10:30, when the owl spoke again.

"I'll take her back. No biggie." Rachel just smirked before waving to the owl and grabbing hold of Tyler's hand.

"Okay! I'll take the squirrel!" She grabbed his hand and they walked off toward the heart of the convention. I looked over to the owl, who was honeslty starting to scare me.

"Okay, the sooner we go the sooner I can go sleep! I sarted walking toward the exit, before a hand on my shoulder stopped me. " What?"

"This way little one. I parked this way." He made a gesture behind him. "Follow me." He grabbed my good hand and started leading me through the crowd. It took a few minutes, but we made it to an exit. He felt around in his pockets for his keys, when he did, we started walking again.

"Um Dylan, you haven't even asked me whether this was okay you know? My hotel's only like two blocks away and I'd be perfectly fine walking, so there was really no need for you to offer." He looked back at me in his mask. "Okay take that damn thing off it's scaring the hell out of me." I could hear laughing while he looked around to see if anyone was there to see. When he was sure no one was there he took off the mask and handed it to me.
