Dylan knew that she would be coming back to the restaurant and nightclub later that evening, but she also knew that she would be coming back with an incredibly beautiful woman, so she dressed accordingly. Picking out a pair of smoky gray dress pants and a matching button down silk shirt, then after slipping on a pair black dress shoes and a black belt, she looked at herself in the mirror and decided on a skinny silk gray tie that matched the exact color of her shirt, leaving the top button undone.
Running her fingers through her short slightly spikey hair, she shrugged and said, "Not half bad I guess," and gave herself a quick spray of cologne before heading downstairs to say goodbye to Lisa and Mark. She had already informed them that she may be bringing a guest back this evening but if they needed her before that to give her a call.
Once in the parking garage she stepped into her Mercedes Kompressor, she knew she had over indulged with this little beauty but she bought it for impression and it usually did its job. It was classy yet comfortable but still a sports car. Again, she wondered why she was trying so hard to impress a woman she barely knew but clearly had a strong attraction to, and knew the attraction was mutual especially after last night's kiss.
By the time she had arrived at Devon's house, her stomach was in knots, and as she walked up to the front door she took a deep breath thinking that maybe she should have stopped and picked up some flowers or something for her, after all this was a date.
When Devon opened the front door, Dylan's jaw almost hit the floor. There stood in front of her, a Goddess, dressed in a tight little black dress that clung to her body as if the material could not bear to be away from her skin. As Dylan's eyes raked in her long shapely legs right down to the black spiked heels that had shaped her calves magnificently, then not being able to control herself she let out a soft whistle and said, "Wow, you look amazing."
With a soft smile that clearly showed her appreciation to the compliment, Devon reached up and touched her long dark hair self-consciously. "Thank you, you don't look half bad yourself."
Taking in her beautiful face, Dylan smiled and seriously debated even leaving her house but she knew she wanted everyone to see this gorgeous woman on her arm tonight and she didn't care where they went to make that happen.
"Are you ready then"?
"Would you like a drink first"? She asked.
"No, I think we better head out," Dylan stated knowing that if she came in, Devon might not be able to get her out, "I'm kind of hungry."
"Okay, just let me grab my pocketbook," she replied turning to retrieve it from the small table by the door. "All set."
Laying her hand on the small of her back, Dylan led her to the passenger side of her car and opened the door for her, then watching her slide in gracefully, shut it and walked around to the driver's side.
"Nice." Devon replied running her hand along the smooth leather interior.
"Thank you," Dylan said starting her up and backing out, "she's pretty comfortable."
"She"? Devon asked turning her green eyes on Dylan with that secret smile.
"Of course, have you ever felt a he that's this smooth and soft"? Dylan returned evenly.
Laughing lightly, Devon nodded and said, "Point taken."
"So I thought I would leave it up to you, dinner at my restaurant or anywhere else you choose." Dylan told her stealing a glance in her direction.
