After initial introductions were made, and the shock of seeing Devon's double in front of her, they all moved into the living room. Selene was an exact clone of Devon, except she had slightly shorter hair with highlights, and Lexi was just an miniature of both of them with the exception of even shorter hair, cut in to a bob style, and slightly tom-boyish but, polite and polished as if she had been groomed by royalty.
"Devon, why don't you take the wine and pour us some drinks while I get to know Dylan a little better." She smiled stepping over to slip her arm through Dylan's.
Looking over toward Dylan, she raised an eyebrow and shrugged a little, "I warned you." Devon said with a smile, then added, "Be nice Selene," and then headed toward the kitchen waving Lexi to go with her.
"You have a beautiful home." Dylan said looking around, aware of Selene's arms still hooked in her own.
"Thank you, Devon had a lot to do with that." She admitted, letting go to step up to the oversized sofa and sit down, motioning for Dylan to join her, "My sister has quite the eye for nice things."
Smiling at her remark, Dylan nodded, "I'm sure that comes in handy in her line of work."
Laughing lightly Selene said, "So Devon tells me you own your own restaurant and club."
Dylan couldn't believe how much they sounded alike, it left her feeling a little uneasy actually, "I do," she nodded, "it's still fairly new though, and I'm just now getting my numbers up."
"That's good, I imagine running a restaurant could be fairly hard." She replied watching Dylan intently. It was weird, because she looked so much like Devon, yet Dylan knew that these two women were probably different in every way. Selene was just as beautiful of course, except for their hair. Devon's was long and dark with a thickness that cascaded down her back, and just thinking about tangling her fingers in it sent waves of excitement through her.
"Yes it can be hard at times." Dylan stated just as Devon came back in and handed Selene a glass of wine and then came around to hand Dylan a bourbon and coke with a soft look that made her mouth water. "Thank you." She told her with hunger in her eyes.
Dylan could tell Devon was a little nervous, and she was sure it was because it was the first time meeting her sister and all, so she tried to be as pleasant as possible and not touch Devon which was extremely difficult when she was sitting so close and just the smell of her light perfume was driving Dylan insane with want.
Dinner turned out to be wonderful, Selene was superb in the kitchen and afterward when Dylan began to clear the dishes off the table, Selene refilled her glass and told her to go sit down in the living room, she was a guest.
Devon on the other hand was not, and so Lexi escorted Dylan into the living room where she proceeded to tell her about her life on the soccer team and that she had scored the most goals so far. Dylan impressed by her talents then asked her about clarinet, in which she was almost as excited to talk about as soccer.
When Selene called Lexi into the kitchen, Devon came out with a raised eyebrow and with a smile, Dylan stood up,
"What"? She asked.
Stepping up to Dylan she slid her arms around her neck, "I don't know what you said to Lexi but she's in there raving about you."
Putting her hands around Devon's waist, "That's because, I'm the shit." Dylan said smiling again.
