Luke was pretty upset with Calum from the night before. Luke didn't want to talk about it or talk to Calum as a matter of fact. When Luke woke up—which was before Calum—Luke was glad for that. He hurried and brushed his teeth. Got his clothes on for the day. Then, he got his homework gathered and put in his bag. Calum woke up. Calum forgot what had happened. "Good morning babe." He smiled. Luke ignored him and just walked out the door. Calum didn't know why he walked out until memories from last night flooded his mind. "Damn it!" Calum yelled while pulling the strands of his hair. "I'm such a fuck up." He told himself.

He tried to go after Luke, but Luke was already gone by the time Calum got out of their dorm. Calum wanted to cry, really bad. He wanted to punch a wall. Especially, he wanted to drink, but he knows that's what caused this so he's going to fight his temptations.

Calum had left for his classes when Luke came back from his classes. Luke was lucky, he's not good in awkward situations. "Are you guys still together?" Zach had asked. "I don't know." Luke shrugged then sighed. "He keeps doing this stuff and he knows I hate it." Luke said. "Well, you can't change him, maybe try to help him like he helped you, but first he has to apologize, obviously." Zach said implying to Luke's bruises on his wrist where Calum has gripped him forcefully. Luke nodded focusing back on his homework. Letting Zach go out and do his own thing. Few more hours later Calum came back to their dorm. Luke paid no attention to him what so ever.

Calum knew he was ignoring him, it's obvious and understanding. After a couple minutes of an awkward silence, Calum spoke up,"Luke I'm sorry." Luke turned around in his desk chair and just looked at him. "You drink behind my back even though you know I hate it, then you make these bruises on my wrists and you say sorry? Nothing else?" Luke said. Calum stood quiet. Calum didn't know what to say. Calum didn't know he had hurt Luke. "Whatever Calum." Luke said and turned back to do his homework. After that Calum didn't try harder or say anything else. He just let it be. Calum had fucked up many times. But, nothing like this. Calum didn't know how to apologize. He's not the best when it comes to words. Luke wanted to cry. The person he loves doesn't even fight for him. Luke played with the promise ring Calum gave him. He didn't take it off because after everything they go through Calum is still the one he wants. No one else.

Hours passes by, neither one of them spoke to each other. Night came and Luke was finishing his essay for one of his classes. Calum couldn't sleep. His back was facing Luke. He was alone with his thoughts, just thinking how he can make this better. But he couldn't find any ways to make it better. That is, until he found the perfect way to make it better. But it'll take some work and Calum knows that.

It has been one week since like has talked to Calum. Let's be honest Calum hated every single minute of the day. He wanted to talk to Luke and every time he did Luke was ignore him, but he hopes what he has planned will make it all better. Luke wasn't doing any better. He was a mess. Luke thought Calum would just give up with Luke and find someone else, but that wasn't the case. They were both doing homework and both in the awkward silence. "Hey Luke, go on a date with me and I'll make it up to you." Calum said. After a few seconds before answering Luke said,"Why should I?" "Please, I need to show you how sorry I am. I need to make everything better." Calum said. Luke was thinking this through, kind of.

He wanted Calum back in his life, but he wasn't sure if Calum would do the same mistake again. He didn't want that. "What if you do it again?" Luke spoke up. "I won't." Calum said. "How do you know that?" Luke asked. "Because people learn from their mistakes and I finally learned." Calum said. "Fine, please don't mess it up again. I don't feel like getting more bruises on my body." Luke sighed. "That won't happen ever again." Calum promised. "What do I have to wear?" Luke asked, he wasn't really into dates like this, but it was Calum, so he always liked going with him. "I already have a dress for you, it's in your closet. We leave in 3 hours." Calum said, Luke nodded closing is textbook and looking in his closet. He saw the most beautiful dress ever.
