Tears. That's all you can let out. Just silent tears that no one can hear.

The sound of your heart ultimately breaking into pieces as you had just received the news. Your great grandmother passed away.

You didn't take this to mind. You took it to heart. You two were exceptionally close. The two of you had each others backs and now you were by yourself now. You felt numb all over.

It was 9PM and you have been in the master bedroom all day. You received calls from Michael but you ignored them.

You couldn't talk to anyone without breaking down.  One of the maids named Adrian came to console you and calm you down. You felt your heart fall hard with pain and heartache.

You had calmed down slightly but you insisted to her that you were fine. She didn't believe it but she had to straighten up a few things around the house before she left.

Michael's POV

I had just walked into the doorway and Adrian went up to him.

"Mr. Jackson! You need to speak to YN immediately." She said. She sounded worried.

"What's going on with YN? Is she okay? She hasn't answered any of my calls or messages," I said and she put one of her hands on my arm.

"She won't say what happened. She tried to tell me but she just kept crying. Go talk to her because she needs you," she said and pointed upstairs.

I nodded and told her she had to rest of the week off and walked quietly upstairs.

As I was approaching the door to our master bedroom, I heard faint whimpers and sniffles.

Is she crying? I thought and tapped lightly on the door.

"YN?" I whispered and there was added pressure to the door. YNs body was against the door. I tapped on the door again and waited for a response.

"YN? Please let me in," I said loud enough for her to hear. The door became lighter and I opened it.

There was my baby girl. Knees up to her head hanging low and hands wrapped around her legs and her long hair covering her arms.  She didn't even look at me. What's wrong with her?

I moved over to her. The room was dark and eerily quiet. It was a scary quiet. I sat down next to her and pulled her into my embrace. She quickly wrapped her arms around me and burst into tears, leaving my shirt soaking.

"What's going on YN? Why are you crying like this?"

YN was shaking a little. I lifted her head with my thumb and forefinger on her chin.

"I wanna know why." I said calmly. My thumb instinctively moved to her cheeks to wipe her tears away.

"Why what?" YN said and sniffed.

"What is it that you are crying for. Did someone hurt you?"

"No. Someone left this earth in my family," YN said and I connected the dots to what she meant.

"May I ask who this someone was?"

"My great grandmother. She died today," she said and silent tears came about. My hands cupped her jaw and pulled her into a kiss. It was salty, but I didn't care.

I pulled away and comforted her.

I may not be active all day tomorrow. I'm not sure because something is bothering me at the moment. I had received news from my mom that my great grandmother passed this evening. So I've been a mess lately. Anyways, I'll update more later on. Plus Heaven Can Wait has been playing for the past few hours in my head so I am writing this outside the damn hospital room in a bathroom stall. Adrian is with me, so she may be active on my account until further notice. Bye guys. See you if I ever return. 👋😭
