"Wow, it's so warm here. I wonder what they do during spring break here ?" "Well, I'm sure it has something to do with a huge concert going on two nights from now." "What, what kind of concert ?" "It stars some of the most famous singers of 2016, and it lasts for a whole week." "Wow, how do they come up with such fun activities ?" "Well, I guess that's why they're called 'humans'." "I guess so, but why do they do such stupid things in order to get these events on the road ?" "Another one of those human questions that shall never be answered, sorry." "Ok, I guess you're right. Maybe humans were just mean't to be a mystery." So we finally got the destination of the hotel narrowed down to South street. We got some directions from a human that was very helpful, but Alex wasn't exactly happy about the thought of asking for help from a human.
"Ok, we're here. This is Western Suites, it looks nice. What do you think Ember ?" "I think it's perfect. I do hope they serve free breakfast here." "I'm pretty sure they do, and look, they have a pool, and hot tub too." "Perfect, I need to cool off when it gets too hot for me to bare." "Why ? I thought you could take any kind of weather." "Another rumor hu ?" "Yeah, sorry." "It's ok, so when does the concert start ?" "Tomorrow night at 8:00." "Good, that means we have time to get settled into our new surroundings."
Two hours have gone by, and we got just what was promised. A hotel all to ourselves, and the best service we could've asked for, plus one of the warmest hot tub I've ever sat in. "Honey, you were right about coming to the human world, I really needed this." "Yeah, I know, hey Ember." "Yes Alex." "Um, what are we going to do when we go back home ?""I guess we'll just spread the lesson of forgiveness. That's what i think my mother would want." We sat in silence after that, and we spent most of the day at the hotel relaxing with each other.
Finally it was 7:00 and we planned to leave at 7:30, so me and Ember started getting ready to go to the concert. Once we were ready we left before the concert started without us. "What kind of music do you think they'll play there ?" "I don't know but I've been told it's like the music back home, but something totally different." "Really, I wonder if they sing too, because I love to hear someone with a beautiful voice sing." "I know, that's why I got us tickets to come." The night went on in a daze, and Ember was loving every moment, she danced to every song, and smiled to her hearts desire. I guess it was the happiest day of both of our lives, she got to hear the beautiful music, and I got to make the woman of my life happy.
