I woke up on Tuesday morning, but this time, I woke up knowing all the events of last night.
I was in the bathroom at school calling my mom, when I couldn't breathe! She called the hospital and soon I was on a stretcher in the ambulance with an oxygen mask on my face. I remember my mom and dad on my right side. My dad's arm was rested on my knee and my mom was holding my right hand. I remember tears in my mom's eyes. It must've been hard for her to see me close to dying. I was rushed into the ER, and it turned out that it was because I went out of routine with my breathing machine. I hadn't used it in my sleep or when I woke up because it slipped my mind. I felt so stupid! My mom was crying because of my carelessness! Of course, she forgave me, though. And before I left the hospital, I had to make a promise to the doctors that I would always use my breathing machine so that this didn't happen again! It's all my fault!!!
I shuddered at the thought and then I realized I was in my hospital bed, and my mom was signing me out. We got in the car, and started on the drive home scarred by last night!
