Summer POV

I can't believe Aug is really coming back home just because of me and he's bringing that girlfriend of his that he know I don't like. I had a lot on my mind so I just tried to go to sleep to try and relieve some of this stress.

~5 Hours Later~

I had woken up about 3 hours ago and was now feeling awesome. I walked downstairs to a unfamiliar female voice conversating with mom.

"So how long have y'all been together?"mom said

"Ma,for real,we been together for 1 year and 4 months to be exact if you wanted to know for like the 8th time today."

IT WAS AUGUST!

I ran downstairs and jumped in his arms as that trick looked jealous cuz he started to kiss me all over. I laughed

"Umm excuse me but he's taken already"the girl said as she grabbed Aug's arm and locked it with her's

"Yeah I'm aware of dat bitch and if you could do me a favor ,don't talk ta me ,eva and by da way I'm his lil' sister and damn well I might jus be 16 but I ain't scared to beat yo ass right here on da spot so don't fuck wit me Drew before I draw yo ass some hospital bills"I said with my accent deep as I gave her loads of attitude and then I walked back upstairs to my room cuz that bitch just killed my good vibe

I was just sitting on the edge of the bed when Brandon called me I answered immediately as I got up to lock to door.

"Hey Brandon" I said dryly

"Yo brother came home?"he said in a curious voice

"Yeah he's downstairs now"

"Ight imma be there in 10"I heard shuffling in the background and then sound of keys jingling as well as a door being closed

"Okay,bye"I hung up

I just laid there thinking about what August would do because I can tell that he knows somethings wrong so he would probably think I would have told Brandon about my problem and I know that Brandon is going to act like there's nothing going on when its a lot going on ,with us, but I know August and he's one to pick up on things real quick.

August POV

I was trying to calm Drew down when the door bell rung so I went and got it and it was Brandon, Summer's long time boyfriend that I've come to accept as a lil' brother. I let him in and Summer came downstairs walking slow and eyeing Drew ,as Brandon eyed her.

"Wassam B. Whachu been up to"I said dapping him up

"Nothing really just been tending to my main" both of us looked at Summer and I could tell she put on a fake smile so I made a self-note to ask her bout it later and continued my conversation with Brandon as we walked to the kitchen

"So has Summer showed any signs of, I don't know, maybe fear from ANYONE, including yourself ?"I said getting straight to the point

"Fear? Nah not that I know of, I mean she's been keeping to herself lately if you ask me"I nodded my head slowly processing what he just said

"Well I'll be right back don't go no where"I walked out of the kitchen and went upstairs to Summer's room

I knocked lightly on the door then slowly opened it letting myself in.

"So,what's wrong with you Sum,yo boy say you've been keeping to yourself but I can tell it's something else, I just know "she sat there in silence

Summer POV

I just sat there thinking of what to say. I had to tell my own brother the truth but then again I couldn't tell him what Brandon was doing to me or he would hurt me. I collected my thoughts and spoke.

"Well, I've been getting bullied but Brandon knows about all of it, I think he just doesn't want you to know. Its been happening ever since you left and they just won't stop and its physical, very physical"I looked down in full dissipointment of myself

"Its okay Summer, I understand but its not okay if he knows and isn't doing anything about it ,imma have to have a serious talk with him soon but you need to let loose so I'm gonna stay here for 2 months just making sure your happy and safe ,okay?"I looked up and smiled this was one of the many reasons I loved August so much

"Okay"I said and we both got up and he pulled me into a hug but that's when all my emotions poured out

I just cried because I knew Brandon would find out I told and August would have beef with him but then again Brandon is going to try and kill us all.

"Its okay Summer,I'm here for you lil' sis"
