Sinbad:

I had awoken to an empty room with only a mirror, some sort of smoke pipe, and old clothes. No Yasmine dressed in red and gold with a beautiful hair pieces on her head, I wanted more of her touch. It was like - my body was craving her very grace. I sat up and looked around the room, nothing was really here. My necklace and sword.

I looked out the window in search for Yasmine. She was dancing on stage, her hips moving fast. I can hear the beads shaking. Her face was covered in a veil. I took a good look at the woman on stage and frowned ; that was not the princess. She was an imposter. I can tell by her hips ,and chest. Yasmine wasn't here.

"I have to find her, and get my vessels back. " I made my way to the party and began to look for her. There was lots of liquor around and pretty women dancing. I only had my mind on one woman.

"Ah, The Prince has finally come to the party. " I looked up and saw Valtiis with food and wine; and sitting behind him to the right, was Yasmine. Her long hair cascading in beautiful curls, the way her eyes glowed when she watched her surroundings. I wanted to reach for her and kiss her again. To finish what we started before, but more important matters came. She took my sword and necklace. I need those back.

"You look exhausted, Sinbad. " she says, before pouring a cup of wine. "Why not enjoy the festivities of tonight...?"

I narrowed my eyes at the woman and smirked. "I was hoping to dance with you, Her Highness. "

Yasmine's eyebrow rose. "I hate to disappoint, but my dancing skills are lacking. "

I held out my hand and smiled. " perhaps I can be of practice to you, My Lady. "

Yasmine locks eyes with her father, before standing up and taking my hand. We went farther into the party, and I quickly pressed her body against mine. I can see amusement in her eyes, this was a game to her.

"So much for dance practice. " she remarks.

"Where did you put my sword? " I asked. She shrugs.

"I never had it, did you check with the maids? They must have took it and cleaned it or something. " She looked around while we swayed to the music.

"Only you know how important that sword is to me." I said, before tilting her chin and forcing her to look at me. "You know of the metal vessels, and you're going to help me find my vessels."

She broke free ,and placed her hands on her hips. " What are you to do if I refuse? Punish me? "

"According to the mating laws here, a symbol of marriage is a simple share of lips between each other. " I stated. "Showing that you're my mate and wife, and we are at the required age of consent. "

Yasmine grins. "You wish to tell my father that we are married. I doubt he will buy it. "

"It's been a thought-"

The loud scream from one of the women on stage broke up the conversation. Then there was blood. A color so close to wine, I had nearly thought that someone dropped a cup, but the look on Yasmine's face was what took me away.

I saw fear within her eyes.

"It's the ghouls...! They're after the children!"

What...are ghouls?

I quickly turned around to grab Yasmine's hands -only to find that she is gone.

Yasmine:

I was running off with one of the children. He had grabbed me by my skirt and was dragging me with him.

He had dark hair, and bright red eyes. He didn't look like a child from Dracul, but a child from elsewhere. He looked familiar.
