The character creation was quite interesting. Spriggans seemed to be the least flashy and I suspected Kirito may pick the same.
When I spawned I was falling from the sky and already heard yelling and a loud thud beneath me.
"Yoooo~ Kazutoooo~" I laughed as I fell until I hit the hard ground.
"Ow" I grunted.
"It's there. Thank goodness" He sighed. The log out button. A sight I'll never get used to seeing.
"Hold on, I have my..."
"They're the same as the SAO parameters. That's strange. Is this place inside SAO?" He asked.
"Haha! It's still here!" I squealed equipping my armor.
"How is that possible?" He asked. I wore the same armor as I had in SAO yet in black.
"I created many aspects of my character. Some must have carried over" I smiled.
"Wait.... Please be..." He gasped when he found something in his inventory and tapped it. A bright light shone in front of us and I had to cover my eyes.
"Papa!"
Wait. What?! Did I just hear that correctly?!
I looked up and saw a young girl glowing in the light.
"Yui, it's me. Do you remember me?" He said desperately.
So this is her. The girl him and Asuna found while in SAO. The NPC who had a key to the control systems of the game.

I split ways with Kazuto in order to find my way around. I can only stand so much father-daughter reunion babble until I get sick.
Instead I found myself by a nearby rivine and took in the scenery. The graphics were similar, if not identical. Needless to say the same about the mechanics... minus the flight engine. That may take a while to get used to.
With the controller it's pretty simple, though I can't imagine combat while flying without it.
"Oi this is hardcore" I groaned.
"Are you lost little fairy? You seem to be new" a guy spat. He was dressed in full red armor.
"So what if I am, you are currently walking in the middle of nowhere. Are you lost" I laughed. He grunted and pulled out a large lance.
I still have my rapier though I was never that strong with it. I wonder if it'll even pierce his armor.
I held my sword in front of me as he attacked.
Sloppy. No planning involved. Easy to dodge.
I slid uder the reach of the lance and carved into his stomach.
A game where PKing is encouraged. If you die in the game... you simply respawn. So it isn't a sin anymore.
"Sweet. I can go all out now!" I smirked launching at the man. His eyes widened as I tore into his body with my weapon.
Forgive me. But I've needed to do this. To avenge everyone who had fallen to the likes of you.
