My eyes peel open as the rays of Amber peak through the blinds. As well as this my phone is buzzing it's ass off which is leaving me un amused.
"Yes?" I groggily say "you're needed downstairs in half an hour so get your lazy butt up" our manager demands as he hangs up the phone. That man is so annoying.

I slowly get out of bed, picking up a random pair of black jeans and a creased band tee. I really don't care for my appearance anymore because someone will end up changing it one way or another; whether it may be my stylist or management. They want us all to have a 'certain' look each. For example Mikey's the one who has been styled like a heavy punk, Luke quite boyish with a good sense of style, Calum has a lot of baggy jumpers and tight fitting tops and I have more grown up style as I'm seen to be the 'father' figure of the band.

Don't get me wrong I've been playing the father figure all my life since my dad left and Harry and Lauren's dad was a bit of a douche so I've looked after them and my mother from a young age. They're my world and at this moment in time I wish I could go back and be with them.

Without having this major social status.

Yes fame has its benefits like I get to go to massive celebrity parties and premiers. As well as meeting some stunning girls who fall at your feet (which is very useful when I need to blow off some steam). The fans are the best part, I'm so thankful to where they've gotten us, I'm not proud of us but of them since they're the ones who have stuck by us and bought our music.

But this doesn't stop me from missing who I used to be. Celebrity parties are cool but what's the fun in the paparazzi stalking you until they have a story about how you 'harassed' them? When in reality they were the ones haunting your every move.
The girls are also beautiful and so on.. But all they want is sex and you can't withstand a conversation with them as all they want to know is how 'famous' you are or how much you earn.. Gold diggers.

The fans are also so brilliant and I love them to the moon and back but sometimes things get out of control and some can be vicious.. But they're the ones who kick started our career so I obviously don't hate them.

I wish I had another chance at being me without any of the baggage. But that'll never happen.
