Skye's Pov
Today was the day Nicki and I would be flying to LA. I was really excited because I was going to be living with Nicki and she told me that when got there later on in the day I would be meeting my new family, so I was happy about that but very nervous I mean what if they don't like me. I really want to do something for Nicki so I got up and did my morning routine, then I went to the kitchen and looked in the fridge and found bacon, eggs, sausage, and some waffles so I decided to make breakfast for us.
Nicki's Pov
When I woke up it smelt bacon and Skye wasn't in the room anymore, so I walked out of the room into the kitchen and saw Skye cooking breakfast.
Nicki- baby girl whatcha doing?
Skye- cooking breakfast for us.
Nicki- I didn't know you could cook and I cooked or you could have called room service.
Skye- well I didn't call cause I wanted to do something special for you, especially for all the things you have done for me.
Nicki- aww well that's very sweet, anything I can help you with?
Skye- nope everything is ready, so sit down and I will bring you your food * gets out two plates and puts the food on the plates* here you are *places Nicki's food in front of her and sits down with her food*
Nicki- What thank you *says grace and then takes a bite* ohh my gosh this is delicious
Skye- I'm glad you like it hahaha
Nicki- where did you learn to cook like this?
Skye- my dad he was a cook and I would work with him durning summer breaks, so he taught me and I would watch him when he cooked so I picked up a few things.
Nicki- well he taught you well
(Skipping to after they are done eating and packing their things got their flight)
Nicki- Skye are you done packing?
Skye- yes you need any help?
Nicki- no but we need to leave soon do make sure you have everything
Skye ok let me double check that I have everything
At the airport
Nicki- oh Skye we have to go in and go through security and then someone will take us to the jet
Skye- ok but, nicki umm , I'm scared I've never been on a plane before, and I'm afraid if heights
Nicki- it's ok. it won't be that bad I will be right next to you.
Skye's Pov
After we got everything through security and got our things put on the plane, we had to wait to make sure that the plane was all set. when it was time to board the plane I started shaking but nicki grabbed my hand and told me everything would be ok and I claimed down a little then we boarded the plane
Nicki- you ok now?
Skye- kinda just a little nervous *sits in one of the seats far from the window*
Nicki- here listen to some music it should clam your nerves *hands here phone to Skye*
Skye- thank you * puts the headphones in her ears*
No Ones Pov
Skye put the headphones in and put up the arm rest and curled up into a ball and went to sleep. when she woke up she realized they were still in the air so she freaked but noticed it wasn't that bad so she claimed back down. she looked to her left and saw Nicki sleeping, she wanted to let her sleep so she went over to the window and all she could see was white.
