At Skye's foster house
Nicki's Pov
We got out of the car and I knocked on the front door. seconds later a little girl around the age of 6 or 7 came and opened the door.
Nicki- hi sweetheart, can I speak to your parents please?
Little girl- *rolls eyes* sure, whatever just come in I'm missing my show!
She ran up the stairs and and ran back in into the living room to continue watching her show. a couple minutes later a women was walking down the staircase.
??- hello I'm Mrs.Fyne, how can I help y- , ohh I see you have found Skye, uhh thanks. She said in a rude tone.
Nicki- yea I did, and actually you can help me with something. I said with an attitude.
Mrs.Fyne- ok what can I help you with, and what's your name you look familiar.
Nicki- well my name is Onika, but you might know me as Nicki Minaj, but I would like to adopt Skye. so I just need you to go get the adoption papers and your husband so we can all sign it.
Mrs.Fyne- ohh your the person Skye will never shut up about, and I'm afraid I can't help you with that. you can't adopt her. not that you would want to anyway.
Nicki- and why can't I adopt her? and of course I want to adopt her, I love her and she shouldn't have to live her with people that put her through hell!
Eva(Nicki's lawyer)- we already called the adoption agency and they said you should have the papers.
Mrs.Fyne- I never said we didn't have the papers.
Eva- well then you need to go get them and your husband so you can sign them, because the government and the court say you are not aloud I refuse to let someone adopt a foster child and if you do we can take you to court and you will be forced to sign them and then you will be put in jail for disobeying the law.
Mrs.Fyne- ok whatever, I'll go get the papers. we don't even like that bitch anyway so take her!!
When she said that I wanted to punch her so hard for saying that, but I just held in my anger. about 3 minutes later she came back done with the papers and her bastard of a husband.
Eva- ok great your all here so you two need to sign here..here..here..here.. and here. and nicki you sign here, here, here, here, here and here. ok while you guys sign the papers I will take Skye upstairs to her room so she can get the rest of her stuff.
As she started going up the stairs Skye stopped Eva from going any further.
Skye- uuuhhhh, my room is the storage room. which is under the stairs. so I will be fine going on my own.
Eva and I Both stood there with our mouths hanging wide open.
Nicki- you have her living under the stairs ??!??!?!!!?
Mr. and Mrs.Fyne- ya, and so what
Nicki- what the fuck is wrong with you, why the hell would you treat a child like that !!?!?
Mr. and Mrs.Fyne- like what? she justs lives underneath the stairs.
Nicki- what the fuck!! how would you feel if someone treated you like that? huh, someone who beat you, being called names, them not feeding you, being raped?!!??!? when I said that last part I looked straight in that bastards face and gave him the dirtiest looks ever, they both stood there speechless.
Mrs.Fyne- can we just finishing signing these papers, so you can take the little brat and leave!!
Nicki- say one more thing like that and I am going to beat-cha ass!!
After I said that they both stayed quite. when we all finished signing the papers Skye had all her things in this one bag, we put her things in the car and we got in and drove off, I had my lawyer call the cops and explained everything that happened to Skye and they said that they would be there to go arrest them both and move the other foster kids to a new place, and they informed us that Mr.Fyne had been arrested for molesting young girls a few years back and they let him go because of good behavior but they said now that he has done it again he would be sentenced to prison for life.
I was so happy that he was being put away so he could never do anything like this again. but most of all I am so happy that I could officially call Skye my daughter and I'm so happy I have her, I love her with all my heart and I'm never going to let anyone hurt her ever again!!
