I looked around and noticed that I was sitting a room, but somehow lit with no source of light.
A sudden ribbon of turquoise light spiraled towards me with such an elegant fashion, that I was more amazed that scared.
The giant ribbon separated into three ribbons, which formed into three animals; a stallion, a tiger, and a wolf.
The stallion stood to the left of the wolf, and the tiger was to the right of the wolf.
The wolf stepped forward and said, "You're time is coming, Scarlet May."
"How do you know my name?" I asked. "And what do you mean by 'My time if coming?'"
The tiger chuckled. "She is foolish, Wolf, she doesn't understand."
The stallion whinnied and said to Tiger, "She will! She is a smart, young woman who has the capability of understanding."
"Enough you two!" exclaimed Wolf. "We must introduce ourselves. I can smell the curiosity around her."
"Blech!" Tiger grumbled. "Answer her, her curiosity reeks!"
"My name is Wolf," said the wolf. "This is Stallion and Tiger."
"I do prefer Horse," she said.
"Picky, picky," Tiger said.
"It's nice to meet you, but who are you?" I asked.
"Let us answer one question at a time, Scarlet." The wolf said.
"What we mean is that you're getting stronger," Stallion explained.
"We've believed that you're getting-what they call- stronger," Tiger grumbled.
"We've agreed that you should be the first to hold the element of..." Stallion was saying.
"We shouldn't tell her quite yet!" Wolf quickly interrupted. "She won't understand."
They started to fade.
"Wait, I still don't know who you are!" I said.
"We will meet again," he said.
The animals faded back into ribbons that combined into a huge ribbon. The giant ribbon flew toward me, and I inhaled it.
And then I awoke with a start.
