I crawled into the den as I saw Kate pointing at the laptop as I made my way down by her.

"Found something already?" I asked.

"Oh yeah," she said. "You won't believe how much Shades gossip down there."

She pressed play, and the conversation began.

"... how did that girl escape?" One of the guards hissed.

"Well," replied the other. "She was so skinny, she made her escape while we dealt with those arguing cell mates and slipped through the window without a sound."

"Well, wouldn't the villagers have sensed her already?"

"She has been down here for a while," The other Shade guard replied. "She has been rotting in her cell for so long, she would've blended right in."

"Huh," said the Shade. "Hey, have you heard about the King's plans for taking care of those elementalists?"

"Uh huh," the other said. "He's summoning his best warriors and spell-casters to gather into groups and take down that camp little by little, that big one where their strongest is? Where the 'Grand Master' lives?"

"Yep," the other answered with a sinister grin. "Those elementalists won't have another spark of energy left after we are through with them." Kate then paused the tape and it went back into showing present footage."

"Does the Grand Master know?" I asked her.

"I'm assuming so," she replied. "I sent an e-mail to the tech team back at camp and they've notified them of what's happening."

"What did he say?" I asked.

"Well," she replied. "He wants to know when they're going to arrive, how they're going to get there, and who's going to be there. It's a lot of stuff he wants, but if I know us, we'll get all those cameras set up and we'll be getting all that information down in no time."

I smiled. "Good," I said. "We'll get all the information down." I frowned with worry. "What if we missed everything already?"

Kate smiled and answered, "Don't worry, this kind of stuff takes days and days of planning. And in my general opinion, if they just heard about it, they probably didn't plan anything yet."

I nodded in agreement. "You're right,"

Just as soon as we got out of the cave, Fage smiled and said, "While you guys were talking, Trent taught me all those other elements AND I helped him wash the apples and berries."

I smiled. "Awesome! Thanks Fage and Trent."

Trent had a sparkle in his eye, and replied, "No problem."

And with that statement, we all began to wolf down dinner.
