Another gone

Diana POV

Adam and I were heading to the movies when we heard a commotion in the ally. I look at him and He tell me to stay where I am. He heads down the ally and I lost sight of him. I heard what sounded like metal on metal and started to walk down the ally. I know its dangerous with out my own magic but I have to see. I get down to the end of the ally and see Adam kneeling down next to a guy dressed in old and worn clothing. "Adam?" I ask and he turns to me. "Its ok, This man just was looking for.." Before he could finish his sentence the man had Adam in a choke hold. "Adam!" I scream and the man shakes his head.

"Give me all your money and Jewelry." He says and I look at Adam. He nods his head and at the same time we say, "Sky and sea, keep harm from me. Earth and fire, bring me desire." and the mans hands start to burn. He lets Adam go and we both run. As soon as we get far enough away I grab Adam and ask if he's ok. "Yeah, I'm fine. I'm just glad we both used the same spell." He said and smiled. I sigh and he brings me into a hug. "I'm fine, do you still want to see a movie? We can go to my house and watch one on DVD." He offered and I smile. "Sure, But can we go check on Cassie first? Her house is just around the corner and she seemed, off today. more than usual." I say and he nods.

Adam POV

We knock on the door but there was no answer. Diana opened it and we walked in. "Ill check upstairs." I say and she nods. I get up the steps and Hear Diana quietly scream. I ran back down the steps and towards the whimpering sounds. I run in the living room and find Diana crying over Jane's' body. "no." I say and kneel down next to Diana. I wrap my hands around her and we slowly stand up. I walk her out of the room, she was shaking. I quickly dial the police.

I got Diana to stop crying but she was still shaking. we heard sirens and walked out the front door. There was an ambulance and two cop cars. three officers run inside and the forth one stays with Diana and I. I walk the officer through what happened, leaving out the part with the man behind the movies, and when I was done they were bringing Jane's' body out.

I stayed with Diana for the night and she eventually fell asleep. When we woke in the morning, Diana was better but still not talking a lot. It's ten o'clock in the morning and Faye, Melissa, and Jake just arrived. I went over some things with them but left out a few details so Diana wouldn't have to go through it again. For the rest of the day we all hung out just watching movies or talking to keep out mind off it. Towards the end of the day Diana spoke up. "So, do you have everything planned for the party?" "Diana, we don't have to have a party, we can just cancel it." Jake said but Diana shook her head. "No, it will help everyone not think of it. She was liked by everyone in this town." She said and got up.

I follow her into the kitchen and wrap my arms around her. "You sure your ok?" I ask and she nods. "We should try to call Cassie again. Where could she be?" She asks. "I don't know. But we called her five times already. We can try more tomorrow." I tell her and we head back to where the others are. We decided to have a big sleep over and just have a friend day.

Hey guys, please don't hate me. I loved her character in the TV show and didn't want to kill her off on here too, but it will make sense later. -Stephanie.
