Chapter 20

POV-Zander

I had to leave the party because I got a mind link by my Beta saying that there was rouges in are land. Right now I was in wolf form running to the place where my Beta said they where at.

I'm in a pissed off mood now because they made me miss out in the party where I was gonna propose to Leah. What's the point in waiting if where mates and I know she's the only one for me and I'm the only one for her too. I know where gonna be together forever and I won't let anyone get in the way of that.

I can tell I was getting closer because I can smell the rouges already. Just knowing that they actually dared to cross over to my packs land made me growl.I wasn't known for being really forgiving to rouges when ever they crossed over.

I can see the rouges already there was like 6 of them. There was 4 wolfs of my pack there standing there ground they were both growling at each other.

As soon as the rouges say me they started to back down a little they can feel my power. But one stupid wolf the one in the middle just started growling at me. Stupid move.

In less then a second I had the wolf between my teeth. It was on its side trying to get out of the hold I had it in. It started scratching my face. Which just made me bite down harder. An harder and the wolfs neck is gonna snap.

It finally gave up. As soon as I was sure it submitted I let it go. I linked the wolf to shift. It did as I asked it to do.

"What are you doing crossing through my pack?" I asked.

"Sorry man I was just trying to find someone. I thought I smelled there scent around here" he said.

"Who where you looking for?" I asked.

"This girl named Leah" he said.As soon as he said Leah I started growling.

"Why are you looking for my mate?" I asked.

Right now I was just trying to calm down. My wolf just wanted to tear him apart for even looking for are mate.

"Your her mate? Oh I didn't know that but don't trip I'm just an old friend of hers" he said.

"So why are you looking for her?" I asked. I still wasn't convinced that he was being honest. And they really where just friends.

"I had something to tell her. Something I know she'll want to hear" he said.

"Like what? Whatever you have to tell my mate you can tell me" I said.

"Sorry man but I can't do that" he said.That just got me even more pissed off.

"And why can't you tell me?" I asked.

Before he can answere I got a mind link by Leah.

"Zander help me"

"Leah whats wrong where are you" I tried mind linking her back but she wouldn't answer.

I just shifted and ran back to the pack house. My pack can tell something was wrong because they ran after me. So did the rouges.

When I got to the pack house. I started looking for Leah. I couldn't ding her anywhere. I smelled her scent outside. But I also smelled something else. At first I couldn't make out who it was but after I minute I was sure of who I smelled. I just started growling and shaking my wolf and I where going mad all we can see was red with how mad we where.

"TRAVIS" my wolf growled.

Sorry I havent updated I didnt go on a home pass last week. So I had no way of writing anything. Sorry I'm only gonna be able to update once in a while but just don't loss your patient. I'll write whenever I could I promise.
