"Um, is it a bad time?" Jack asked.
"Not really. Just next time don't bang on my door persistently. It's really annoying." I said.
"Noted. Can I come in?" He asked.
"Ya, sure." I said, opening the gap of the door a little more wider to let him in.
He walked in and sat on my bed. I went and sat in my office chair.
"Look, Ava, I know your probably wondering why I'm here and acting "nice."" He started.
"Yes, can you tell me?" I ask.
"That's why I came here, actually. I just wanted to apologise for all the pranks and bullying I did to you. I don't know why I went out of my way to always bully and tease you. I just did it." He said, his voice laced with sincerity and sorrow.
He sounded very genuine, but I remember that he is an actor. Finn told me that he was studying drama and I didn't really care, but now it was crucial information.
"How do i know your being sincere? You could just be acting." I said.
"I never expected you to forgive me so easily. I don't even think you'll ever forgive me. I just feel bad and I wanted to make it up to you. That's all I wanted to say." He said.
"Ok." I said. That was all I could think of. I wasn't sure if I wanted to forgive him just yet. He hurt me and I always thought people always stayed that way. Time to test this theory.
"Well, your probably very busy, so I'll just, er, go." He said, getting up.
"Ok. Bye." I said.
"Bye." He said, then exited my room.
I turned to my desk and put my arms on the desk then put my head on top of them.
What just happened?
