3rd person P.O.V following Aleks:

Aleks sawed them slowly, hushing words softly in the other man's ear.

"Shh, it'll be okay Sly, it'll be okay," he whispered gently.

Eddie just sobbed in response, clutching Aleks' shirt harder. It hurt him so much to see the usually bubbling Latino he loved in this much pain and he didn't want to leave this park without having Sly's happy-self back.

"W-Why didn't she understand? She always understands," Sly bawled, slightly muffled by the crook of Aleks' neck, where his head was.

"I-I don't know, Sly. I don't know."

"D-Don't call me Sly. Call me Eddie, please. It makes me feel better."

"Of course, Eddie."

And for the next half hour, that's how things were, Eddie sobbing into Aleks' neck and shoulder and Aleks sawing them while whispering things like 'it'll be okay' and 'it's her loss'. In the end, Sly had probably run out of tears to shed and just stayed there, face buried in the crook of the Russian's pale neck.

"Do you feel better now?" Aleks asked, still slightly worried.

"I-I guess."

"Good. How about we do something? You know, like old times," he suggested.

"Like what?"

"Whatever you want. We could go The Creature house or that new coffee shop you wanted to take... her to."

"I-Is the coffee shop okay?"

"Of course, we can go right now, if you want."

"No, not yet. I probably look like shit right now. Can we go home?"

"Sure," he agreed. "But, just so you know, you could never look like shit."

Eddie chuckled lightly, "Thanks, I guess."

They slowly walked along the pavement that led to the apartment they shared. In complete silence, Aleks shoved his cold hands in his hoodie pockets and felt a sharp sting in his heart as he remembered the way Sly cried and hiccupped between sobs. It hurt him so much to see him that way and, honestly, he would do anything not to see the one he loved that way again. After all, better him than Eddie, right?

They arrived at their home, Aleks following Eddie to his room.

Sly giggled softly as he glanced behind him, "Can I help you?"

"Oh, well sure, I guess. Wanna record Playing Gamez now?"

"Sure, I just need to get ready, you know, put on decent clothes for the facecam."

Aleks rolled his eyes; he looked amazing, as always, why couldn't he just trust him?

"Aleks?"

"Yeah?"

"I need to change."

"So?" he asked, confused as to why Sly had reminded him. "Oh!"

He backed up to the door, red faced, hitting the doorway accidently, earning a small giggle from his best friend.

"Ow," he muttered, rubbing the back of his head. Guess that what he got for not looking where he was going.

He walked into the hallway, reaching out to close the door.

He sighed, sliding against the wall next to the door. Why did he always embarrass himself around him? It was as if every time Eddie looked at him, he turned ten times stupider without realizing it.

He waited a few minutes until the door swung back open, but no Eddie.

"Aleks?" he called from the room.

He didn't answer; he was still lost in thought about what was the thing that made Sly so special, and what made him an idiot when he was around.

"Aleks?"

He saw Sly walk into his vision as he stepped out of his room. Eddie sat next to him, leaning on the wall like he was and he felt his hand brush against his, that was enough to snap him out of it.

"What's up?"

"The ceiling, the sky, you know, the usual," he responded casually.

"Ha ha, so funny I forgot to laugh."

"But you just did."

"Oh, shut up!" Sly commanded, shoving him playfully.

He gave his friend a cheesy grin before leaning his head on the wall and closing his eyes, letting out a calm breath.

A few seconds later, he felt Sly nudge his arm lightly.

"But, seriously, what's up?"

"Depends on what you mean."

"What do you mean it depends on what it means?" Eddie inquired. Aleks could tell just by the tone of his voice that his crush was completely confused and curious.

"Well, if you're asking me what's wrong, then I would say what's wrong, if you ask me what's happening in my life, I'll tell you what's happening."

"Dude, what kind of drugs are you on?"

He laughed, opening his eyes look at the man next to him, "I don't know, man. I'm just tired as fuck."

Eddie giggled back, "Okay, what's wrong?"

"Never mind, let's just go record."

"Fine, we'll discuss it at the coffee shop later, then."

"Fine," he muttered, getting up and glancing down at Eddie who was still sitting down. "You coming?"

The only thing Eddie did was open his arms out wide with a smirk on his face.

Aleks rolled his eyes and grabbed one of his hands, blushing a light shade of red at the contact. He pulled his friend up to his feet and they both entered Eddie's room to record.

"What game do you want to play?"

The brunette simply shrugged.

"Mario Kart?" Sly proposed.

"Sure," he agreed.

They both sat on Sly's bed and turned the TV on. They turned on the game as well as the camera.

"Wassup Homies? It's Slyfoxhound! And here with me is my best friend, ImmortalHD! Say hi, Aleks!"

"Hi, Aleks!"

Eddie poker faced him and Aleks stared back at him with the most serious face he could manage. They stayed like that for two seconds before laughing hysterically.

"You're a dick!" the Latino exclaimed through his gasps for air.

"What the fuck did you just say to me?" the pale man questioned, trying to sound mad.

"Anyways, today I'm going to beat Aleks in a Mario Kart tournament."

"We'll see about that."
