You were really into this one girl in music class. She played the piano and you absolutely adored her, as in you'd think she was cute while picking her boogers obsessed. I didn't mind really. At least that's what I convinced myself.

"Go for it. I can help you out if you want."

Of course you took advantage of my words and we were together almost 24/7 trying to devise the perfect plan for you to get the piano girl's attention. Surprisingly you got to know my mother and she liked you. That was a miracle, no offense. "He's cute. No dating yet. Studies first, but just saying he's a keeper."  I blushed at her words then made the excuse that it would never happen because we were just friends.

It was a Friday night and finals were the following week. Because I was busy assisting you all week; buying snacks for piano girl and helping you come up with cute notes to put on her locker, I had to cram all my studying to the weekend. Unfortunately, when I thought I would finally have time for myself you decided to change that.

"YAH TAEHYUNG IS HERE." My mother practically screamed. I groaned slamming my calculus textbook closed. I only finished reviewing until chapter 4 and I was pissed.

I walked downstairs lazily and harshly spat,"TAEHYUNG I'm studying..."

"Give me an hour. Let's go somewhere." You pleaded.

"No. My mom's not going to let me." I was losing my patience.

"I already talked to her." Dang it.

"I haven't studied all week because of you." I stiffened trying my best not to lash out and scream at you.

"Please," You took my hand and brushed a piece of hair behind my ear. My face grew warm and suddenly I was calm.

"No."

In the end, you dragged me to the bus where we sat for two hours until finally we arrived at this carnival in the middle of who knows where. I rubbed my arms, I had forgotten a jacket. It didn't pass my mind that we would be at a carnival around midnight. You looked at me and put on an apologetic smile. "I should've told you we'd be outside." You took off your coat and wrapped it around me.

"Why'd you take me here?" I gave you a death glare.

"Woah calm. I'm practicing."

"TAEHYUNG!"

"Let's just have a good time," You interlocked our fingers and when you saw my rather shocked expression you mouthed, "Practice."

"Taehyung this feels wrong. You shouldn't be practicing for your date. Ask her to be your girlfriend sincerely. If she likes you it will turn out alright."

"Shhh you talk too much. Just shut up and let's ride the Ferris wheel."

"Don't tell me to shut u-

"C'MON!"

I rolled my eyes and attempted to release myself from your grip but you continued to keep my fingers laced with yours.

As we sat in the cart of the Ferris wheel you put your arm around me. You were complicating things for me. I myself was in denial of liking you and the situation wasn't making things any better. "What are you doing." I finally mumbled out.

"Practice."

"You know what-

And that was when you kissed me.

"I like you a lot. Let's date."

"What the he-"

"That's how I'm going to ask her out."

"I hate you..." I whispered and I hoped you heard it. You really deserved to be slapped. I should've done it. Because my heart was in pieces.
