Dean: He pretends he isn't sick but to can tell he is. His voice is different, he isn't grabbing or slapping your ass as much. You try getting him to go to the doctor and his reaction is:
"Hell no!"
Sam: Same as Dean but instead of slapping and grabbing your ass he isn't reading as much, researching as much, and he coughs A LOT. He complains some but not a lot. Instead of going to the doctor he makes you look up ways to get over being sick.
Cas: he's an angel.....he don't get sick
Crowley: I'm pretty sure demons don't get sick.....
