Chapter six.

I walked back to the campsite. The brace on my ankle was destroyed. But my ankle was fully healed. As well as my finger.

I had no clue how I was suppose to explain this. My wolf told me there was a few traitors in the group. So i was not under any circumstance aloud to tell them who my parents are, hell who I am.

“ Where's your brace?” Conner asked stupidly when I sat down next to him at the fire.

“ I took it off. My ankle for some weird ass reason doesn't hurt. Like at all. It's like magic or something.” My wolf spoke though my voice.

He won't ask questions if we say that. He'll just think someone healed you without his consent. He is the alpha. If he was to heal you, then it would make you question everything, that is why he didn't. My wolf told me

“ Oh yeah, it definitely wasn't as bad as it looked, but i thought you would keep it on for at least a few days.” he said. I could tell he was sweating. He was awaiting my response.

“ Yeah, thought as much. I'm such a cry baby.” I laughed. “ Oh by the way... I kind of remember telling you I was starring at your ass on the way up?” I laughed, he smirked.

“ Yeah, I didn't know it was so sexy.” He joked as he patted it.

“ Shut-up” I joked as I shoved his shoulder. “ In my defence I was on some pretty strong painkillers.”

“ Yeah, yeah. You just like my ass, admit it. You think I'm sexy.” He smirked as he ran his hand though his dark brown hair, his deep green eyes were crinkled at the sides from laughing. Man he is sexy.

“ Yeah, you're pretty sexy.” My wolf spoke. I gasped then covered my mouth, “ Disregard that last sentence.” I insisted as my cheeks turned red.

He laughed like full on laughed as he bent over holding his stomach.

“ Shut up, it's not funny.” I said as I grew more red, “It's like someone took hold of my voice.” I muttered under my breathe, cursing my damn wolf.

“ You gotta admit, it's pretty funny.” Nate said as he sat down next to me. I tried not to scowl at him. Not because he was laughing but because this jerk-off rejected my best friend.

“ Don't you have a mate you can annoy.” I said snidely. He froze.

“ What did you just say?”

“ I said don't you have a mate you can annoy, you know a friend. I sure you have one..” I said hiding smirk.

He tried to recompose himself. I could tell. But I just had to add more fuel to the fire.

“ Talking about friends, I’m going to go see Sadie, I'm planning on hooking her up with one of my friends. They're like perfect for each other. I swear. I just got to talk her into it. But I don't think that's going to be a problem, he's hot as hell.” Nate was turning red, anger. I smirked at him then said, “ I'm rambling aren't I, I always do that when I'm nervous.” I laughed.

“ You're new aren't you, you don't even know any guys!” he almost spat.

“ I only lived about two and half hours away from here, doorknob.” I said as I got up. And was about to go to my cabin when I felt myself being pulled back, I smirked inwardly.

“ She has a boyfriend already. Don't you dare call him.” He growled.

I turned around, I could see Sadie hiding just a few meters away, she smirked at me. She knew what I was doing.
