Chapter Seven

Everyone looked towards me all at once, they were waiting for me to freak out. But they were hoping I wouldn't. They were hoping I'll be an idiot. And claim them as dogs or something.

I jumped down from Conner's back, his face showed his admiration for these wolves, it also showed disbelief that i wasn't freaking out.

I walked over to the wolves and knelled down in front of them. My wolf told me, I was a part of there pack, since I was a royal. They seemed just as shocked as me that i was kneeling in front of them and not running for the hills.

I petted the pure black one. My wolf told me who it was to me, it was my cousin he is twenty four and his name is Kyle Stormbridge. I then proceeded to pet the next one, A pure White wolf. His name is Landon Ridgewell. He's sixteen... and he's my brother.

Brother. I said to him though the mind link, he starred at me in shock then put his paw on my arm. He needs touch me as I did him.

His eyes Shawn with disbelief.

“ Annabelle.” He whispered.

I nodded, then kissed the his head. I never felt a connection so strong before in my life, he is family. My blood. I felt the tears on my cheeks before I realized I was crying.

Tell him not to shift, he wants to console you. My wolf said urgently.

DON'T SHIFT. They don't know what I am, I need it to stay that way. My wolf told me there is two traitors in this group. She allowed me to tell a part of my story to Sadie, my best friend but at the moment, her and Conner are the only ones she trusts. I told my brother.

Okay, we understand, but you do realize they are all looking at you like your crazy right? Kyle said hinting on a laugh

Don't worry, I'm going to make my self out to be the biggest idiot in the world in a moment. I told them

I turned around and looked at them, tilting my head to the side, looking confused. “ What's wrong?” I asked them.

No-one replied.

“ None of you guys like dogs or what? They're so cute. I love huskies.” I said as I kissed my brother on the head.

The group of people let out a sigh of relief. How stupid do they think You are? Kyle asked me, he had on a wolfy grin.

Very, apparently. I replied.

“ Those dogs must belong to the two camper's were supposed to be meeting around here.” Liam said acting stupid.

I nodded, accepting the lie like the idiot they wanted me to be.

“ So where are the campers?” I asked close on to an hour later.

Conner stared blankly at me, “ Soon.” he probably realized I'm an idiot.

Where are you guys?

Close, just get them somehow to go to the left of you for about ten minutes, that's were we are. Landon replied.

I jumped down from Conner's back and headed to my left, Conner tryed to reach out and grab me to pull me back the way we were going, but I just laughed.

“ Come on, do you trust me?” I asked him.

“Not really,” he replied with a smirk.

“ I have a feeling there over this way. I thought I seen the white dog over there, come on.” I said as I dragged him in the direction my brother told me to. About eight minutes later, Conner had given up on me.
