THE RIVALRY between Gryffindor and Slytherin was tense and the entire school knew just how tense. Since this year's match schedule was mixed up, the final match was between Gryffindor and Slytherin, aka the most anticipated game of the school year.

Oliver Wood was beyond stressed. If he won this game, they would win the Quidditch House Cup and his dreams would be fulfilled. The Scottish boy was pacing again while his sister stared at him. He had forced her to put her textbooks down and she had no problem once she realised how upset he was over this.

"They're dirty players." Oliver finally said. "We have to switch our strategy up so they don't do anything that'll make us lose."

Perrie sighed. "You guys will murder them out there." She promised. "You're the best keeper Hogwarts has ever seen and you've got Harry as seeker and the twins as beaters and you have Angelina on the team for Godric's sake! You know Angelina will not give up until Slytherin is eating her dust."

Oliver cracked a smile, shaking his head. "All right. I guess you're right."

"You know I am. Now, go to bed. You have a busy day tomorrow and you need rest." She demanded, standing up. Oliver saluted his younger sister and kissed her forehead goodnight.

Perrie was up before the sun. She perched herself on a window seat, prepared to capture the sunrise in her mind and replicate it onto her canvas. It was times like this she wished she was in Ravenclaw because everyone knew their tower had a much better view.

Everything was peaceful and quiet. Perrie was content as she finished her painting. She liked early mornings because it gave her time to think and everything was still and calm and just. She didn't have to worry about anything. Early mornings made her feel like she had all the time in the world and like she didn't owe anyone anything.

After finishing her painting, she put it away from her roommates and out of the way from anything that could damage or ruin it so it could dry properly. She got dressed for the day in dark jeans with rips in the knee — courtesy of Cedric and their rough playing. She pulled a white shirt over her head, pulling it down. She frowned when she realised it showed a bit of skin and decided she'd just wear a jacket or cardigan over it because she honestly just didn't want to change her shirt again. Once she picked a jacket out, she walked into the bathroom and freshened up.

By the time she finished, her roommates were awake so she left for breakfast. Normally Fred and George waited in the common room for her before breakfast but they were either sleeping as much as they could before the big game or Oliver had already dragged them down. So Perrie left the common room and walked down the many flights of stairs to the Great Hall.

Diana was sitting with Cedric at the end of Hufflepuff's table. When they noticed her, they waved her over.

"Risqué." Cedric said monotonously, poking Perrie's belly button.

The Gryffindor rolled her eyes and sat on the other side of Cedric, grabbing a muffin off the tray. "I was too lazy to change."

"I don't approve." Diana tsked, shaking her head. "Also why aren't you wearing Gryffindor's colours?"

"Sorry, Mama Bean." She joked. "And no, I didn't know what to put on. I'm sure someone from the team will throw something at me to wear. They swear I'm their good luck charm."

Diana raised an eyebrow. "I guess you're not going to the game today because Slytherin is going to crush you guys."

Perrie scoffed. "In your dreams."

"Just wait!"

Cedric held his hands out, "Ladies! Ladies! As hot as it is that two breathtaking girls are arguing over my favourite sport, it doesn't have to be this way. House rivalry is only a concept that the ministry wants you to believe!"

Both of the girls groaned. "Stop with the conspiracy theories, Cedric." Perrie pleaded.

"Never. Let's get to the stands before there's no good seats."

Just like every other game, Perrie was with the team before the game began. As soon as the team saw her outfit lacking red and gold, they were rummaging through their bags for something to give their good luck charm. Finally, Fred pulled a Gryffindor Alumni shirt from his bag and threw it at Perrie. It was big on her but she tucked it in in the front and she was good. After distributing good luck hugs and kisses like always, Perrie was in the stands, making bets with her best friend from her rival house.

The Gryffindor common room was full of proud teens. Oliver stood in the centre of the room with the Quidditch House Cup in his hands. After a dirty game, Gryffindor won against Slytherin 230-20. And now, everyone was celebrating since Gryffindor won the Quidditch cup.

Oliver was beaming. Happiness just radiated off of him and he hasn't stopped grinning since the game ended. Perrie was happy too. She was happy that her older brother was so happy and she was happy that her friends were happy. She was so glad that Oliver finally achieved his goal that was set since he started playing for Hogwarts.

"Do NOT put Butterbeer in the Quidditch cup!" Oliver shouted, holding the giant cup closer to him.

Perrie laughed loudly. Fred bumped into the girl and wrapped her in his arms, hugging her tightly. "Victory hug!" He yelled and Perrie laughed again, repeating his exclamation with just as much enthusiasm.

"I'm so proud!" She grinned. "You did it!"

Fred's ears turned red and he decided to blame it on the proximity of all the students and the fact it was a party and everyone seemed to have flushed faces.

"Thanks to you, Love!" Fred grinned. "I told you, you were a good luck charm."

The tan girl rolled her eyes. "I'm sure you guys would've won without me there! You guys were amazing out there. A whole 210 points ahead, damn!"

The ginger silently thanked the gods for sending him a girl who knew Quidditch just as well as he did. Sure, Perrie didn't play, but she knew everything due to Oliver and she was a fan and very supportive of the Gryffindor team.

"Yeah. Hey, you wanna try to put Butterbeer in the cup?" Fred asked. "Oliver has to put it down at one point."

Again, Perrie laughed. "Yeah, I'm down. As long as you have big bendy straws for us to use to drink out of."

"Anything for you, Pero."
