I didn't really expect this......

Tiana's P.O.V

Hey guys! My name's Tiana. I'm not a freak but almost everybody hates, well the popular girls in our school hate me. I've got 5 bff's, Lavender, Sasha, Gavin, Annie and Fiona. Lavender and Sasha are my closest friends, but actually I'm pretty close to all of them. So yeah I've got to go to school and the worst part is that we have history and bio classes today.

I wear a blue top and black shorts and I tie a high pony. Then I head for school. The only reasons I like going to school:

1) I get to meet my friends.

2) I like my maths teacher.

3) I get to play BB(basket ball) in the awesome school courts.

I wait for the bus and I notice a new student. He looks like some of the popular guys in our school. He's hot, got awesome brown hair and a handsome face. He wears light brown shorts and a green T and is hair is in spikes. Totally hot. But he doesn't seem my type, well I don't really know him. I have a crush on this other guy called Daniel. He doesn't have the looks although he has a lot of friends. He's just smart, funny and plays the violin. I've had crush on him since grade 5.

The school bus arrives at our stop. I enter, scan my id and I sit at my place where normally two people sit but since people think I'm a freak nobody sits next to me. The new boy comes over to my place and says " Hey do you mind if I sit here? There's no place anywhere else." Some of the popular girls in our school are in my bus and they say " You can sit with us if you like. You don't need to sit with her. She's a complete freak." He says " There's not much space around where you guys are sitting so I guess I'll have to sit with her." he then looks at me and says " Can I?" and I move inside.

I look out of the window and I notice a new board has been put up. It's about this new movie that's coming up in November. It's called 'Catching Fire'. This movie is related to the hunger games and so me and my friends are definitely going.

The guy sitting next to me says " Hey. My name's Peter. What's your's?" "My name's......" I'm broken of by the voice of another girl. Her name's Jenny. She says " Her name's Tiana the freak. I'm Jenny, Jenny Wilson. The daughter of the president of the 'Totally Hot Pizza' company." He says " Ohhhkay I've never heard of that." She says " I'll take you around after school. You get the best pizza's over there......" She continues to blabber shit until the school bus stops. I get out of the bus and I meet Lavender and Sasha. Lavender says " Hey dude! Wassup?" I say " Nothin much but did you guys see the board outside? It's about catching fire. It's releasing in November!" Lavender and Sasha both say " Really! That's so cool!" I say " I know! I'm glad exams are over! Now we can watch the movie in peace!" Sasha says " So true. Let's go for class, it will begin in 10mins" and we run.

We make it to class just 5mins early. I see Daniel with another girl. I just look at them. Lavender sees me and says " What happened?" I don't answer. She says " Dude." I finally say " Look at Daniel! He's with......" She says " Why is Meena with him?" My voice breaks when I say " Dude.....their.....to..to...together." She says " A..dude....." but I don't listen to what she says. Instead I run to the washroom. I end up hitting a student and its Peter. His books drop and he's like " What the hell is wrong with you" in a weird tone. The tears finally come out and I just run and say " I'm so sorry." He sees it and says " Are you okay?" but I don't reply.

Since I don't put makeup like most of the girls in our school I can wash my face without a mess. Let's get back to the reality. My name's Tiana. I'm a freak. I just saw Meena and Daniel together. Daniel doesn't like me 'cause he thinks I'm a freak. The tears continue. I finally stop after a couple of minutes. I tell myself ' You need to be strong and face the reality.' I wipe my face with some tissue and I get back to the classroom. Lavender and Sasha come over and say " You okay?" I say " Ya I'm fine. Hey Sasha did you do the maths homework?" She says " Yeah you can copy it." I smile and say thanks. Luckily I manage to finish the homework just 2mins before the teacher enters. The teacher comes in and class starts.

Peter's P.O.V

The way she had dashed into me was painful. Since she's pretty skinny her bones hit my body with a great amount of force. I said " What the hell is wrong with you" in a weird tone. Tears come out of her eyes and she runs to the washroom saying " I'm so sorry." I say " Are you okay?" but she doesn't reply.

I enter the supervisor's room and the supervisor says " Are you Peter? Peter Hughes?" I say " Yes that's me. I need to know which class I belong to." The supervisor says " I'll take you."

She takes me to this class which has all types of people. A few nerds and loads of weird girls and boys. The supervisor says " Good morning students." They say " Goodmorning." She continues " This is Peter and he'll be joining your class from today." Jenny waves at me. So awkward! The supervisor talks to the teacher and then she leaves. The teacher says " Peter, You'll have to sit at the back. Are you fine with it? It's because your tall." I say " Not a problem." She says " David! You shall sit next to Jenny and Peter you shall sit next to Tiana." Everybody starts whispering. I say " Okay I'll take my place." I can't believe I'm sitting next to Tiana. I know she's not in the mood of talking because of what happened and by the look on her face. I sit next to her and I say " Look if you want David to sit next to you I don't mind shifting places." She doesn't answer. Jenny passes a note to me saying;

Hey hottie!

If you want to sit next to me I can sent David back to his place.

You don't have to sit next to Tiana the freak. She's such a b*tc*.

This girl gives me the creeps. I think I'd like to sit next to Tiana instead. I send her a note back saying thanks and class starts.
