I didn't really expect this......

Chapter 13

Tiana's P.O.V

OMG! He winked at me! Does he like me? I guess he does, cause that's what guys do when they like a girl, right?

I go to my room and start copying the notes he had taken in class. Then I write the super long essay. When I'm done it's around 7pm and I go take a shower. After my shower, I put on my pj's and a T. Then I go have dinner, which is soup. After dinner I go to bed and sleep.

(A year later)

It's been a year since that incident happened and things aren't that bad. He doesn't treat me like crap or acts suspicious when i'm around. I'll be turning 14 in two days and luckily my birthday is on a Sunday. I don't have to go to school!

My mom's gone for a holiday to Europe which is good as I can do what I want. Unfortunately due to the fact that my immune system is weak I caught a cold, I have a sore throat and I get constant head aches which is driving me nuts. I feel super drowsy in school and I'm constantly sneezing while talking to my friends.

Speaking of my friends Lavender recently made it into Hollywood and is so happy. She's an actress now. It happened when they wanted some cast for a movie. Lavender forced us to come with her for the auditions and we had no choice so we went with her. After she had her audition taken the director of the film who was judging the people trying out, said that Lavender had a talent of acting. He also said that he wanted Lavender to act in a movie that he was going to direct after this movie. You should have seen Lavender's expression.

Now she acts in movies but she still gets home schooled which she hates. We also get passes to watch premiers of movies she's acted in. Isn't that cool?

She's so lucky. I on the other hand am stuck alone at home with a terrible cold. And I have to go to school.

I have coffee for breakfast which is not a good choice. I thought it would make me a bit more active but it's not helping. Then I quickly change my school uniform, tie my hair and run for school.

When I reach the bus stand Peter is whistling. With a sore throat I say " You're so lucky you don't have a cold." he says " True."Then he says " Do you want me to come over and help you out?" I say " on no. My mom said that no one could come over until she's back." Then I smile and say " Thanks anyways." He is so nice. In one year's time he has grown pretty tall and become a bit more muscular. He is still that hot guy I know.

He says " You don't have to tell your mom" I say " But what if my mom...." He puts his hand on my shoulder and says " I'm coming over and your mom won't find out." I sneeze again.

I say " You don't understand. Don't you." He says " Your sick. You can't do everything." I say " Thanks."

When we reach school I drop my books in my locker and take out my Chemistry and Bio books. I'm in 9th and I'm high school freshman. Today is first day of high school and it already has a bad start.

I am sick. I didn't have time to do my hair. I basically look like crap. Why are things so bad today?

I head to chem class which is not that bad cause Sasha is there too. She might be my nerdy BFF but she saves my ass during practicals.

After chem is bio and I'm not looking forward to it. I never liked bio and the only reason I took it was cause that was a compulsory subject if I was taking chem and physics.

The teacher says " Good morning class. Today we'll be studying about the parts of a frog and how to dissect a frog." I freak out. I don't wanna dissect a frog! The worst part is that I still don't know who my lab partner is and I'm basically going to this on my own!

The teacher starts explaining about the frog while I start thinking about the possibilities on how to save my self.
