I didn't really expect this......

Chapter 9

Tiana's P.O.V

I go to Lavender's house right after school. I don't change my clothes. I leave a note for my mom saying:

Hey mom

Will be at Lavender's house for the evening.

Will be back at 10.

Tiana

(At Lvender's house)

" Dude I think if you curl my hair it will look good and lets put a black nail polish to match my dress." says Lavender. I say " Ya i think your right. Let's put a light red eye shadow. That would look great." She says " Hmm. Hopefully I'll look fab." Then we continue to get her ready. 

After about 2hrs she's finally ready. To tell ya the truth she looks amazing. I bet that every guy who sees her is going to fall for her. 

Liam come at 9pm to pick her up and then I go to McDonald's to have dinner. I love McDonald's cause the burger patties are awesome. Every time I eat one I can see paradise. Even their french fries taste like something I've never tasted before. Coke has always been my fave.

I enter McDonald's and I see Daniel. He's having an extra large meal.It's kinda shocking he eats so much cause he's so thin. I go over to him and say " Hey. Wassup with you?" he says " Hey. Nothing much. Just came here to have a good dinner. Will be going for a date with Meena at 11pm near the seaside." I hide my feelings and say " Oh okay. You carry on." Then I go collect my McDonald's meal and sit at a table near the window at the very end. I dreamily munch on my burger when suddenly Peter's like " Hey! Wassup?" I'm like " What's wrong with you?! Why do you keep following me?!" He says " Chill! I came here to pick up something for my brother. We had a bet and I lost." I say " Lol!" He says " You wanna go for a walk outside? Right now?" I say " I need to finish my awesome meal." He says " Please. Pleeeeeeease..." His face is so cute and I love his smile that I can't resist saying yes so I say " Okay I'll finish it quickly." and I finish eating it in like 3mins.

It starts raining again. Since I forgot to bring my umbrella I say " Damn it! I forgot to bring my umbrella!" he says " I've got one. We can share." I say " Thanks. So what was the bet about between you and Dennis?" He says " We had a bet about which girl I love." I feel kinda nervous that he's talking about that stuff and I just hope he likes me and nobody else. he says " I kept saying 'You'll never find out'. It's a big secret and you won't expect me to like her. My bro said " Well I know who it is......it's....." He says " I'm not gonna tell you or You'd be like......I don't know what." I say " It's okay." Then while walking I move always from the rain and start turning and I close my eyes. It's such a nice feeling. The drops are on my face and they cool me down. I trip and Peter catches me. Our faces are again only a few centimeters away. I feel like kissing him but I move away. I walk away from him feeling embarrassed. I'm completely soaked. It's a wonder I didn't fall sick. I normally should be sneezing by now. 

While walking in the rain, Jenny and Meena who were spying on us come over to me and say " You better stay away from him or else...." and they scratch my hands and face. I manage to kick Jenny cause she's a total sissy but Meena twists my hand in such a painful angle I could be screaming. Peter who was watching us rushes over to us and says " Hold it you to! Stop hurting Tiana!" Meena says " If you want that to happen, start hanging out with Jenny!" I scream and tears come out because she's putting to much force I could faint. Peter pushes her away from me and says " Let me check your hand." I say " Not now. Let's just get out of here." Meena punches Peter but since he's really strong it doesn't hurt him. Peter punches her back and she screams. We're all soaking like crazy in the rain. Daniel hear's Meena's scream and comes to rescue her. Then he says " What's happening?" Peter says " Meena was twisting Tiana's hand cause I was moving around with her. She wants me to hang out with Jenny." Daniel looks at Meena and says " I need to talk to you or our date's cancelled." Meena tells Jenny " You go home. Will talk to you at school tomorrow." Then they all leave except me and Peter. I say " Thanks. I wonder what's up with my hand." He says " Let's go to the doc. He should be able to help."

We go to the doctor. He says " Your hand is twisted but you should be okay in a couple of days." I say " Okay it's better than having a fracture." He says " What happened?" Then Peter makes up another story just to avoid unnecessary reactions. Then we leave.

We quickly go home to change our clothes and then Peter comes over to my house. I say " So how come your here?" He says " I just wanted to check on you. How's your hand?" I say " It's a little better. It's better you go right now or your brother would be telling your mom everything." He says " Well my mom knows everything." I say " Cool." Then we make eye contact which lasts for about 5mins and then my mom breaks it by saying " Hey Peter. Give these cookies to your mom. Their for your brother. He really likes them." Peter says " He's come here before?" My mom says " Yes he has." Peter then tells me " I've got to go now. See you tomorrow. Bye" I almost blurt out love you but then I change it to bye. Only it comes out as bly instead of by which brings me some attention. I say " Th words slipped out of my mouth." Then he leaves.
