Karoline

It was around 11PM and I really am sleepy. I've been yawning for nearly an hour already but I think I can't, since Trotseer is not around and he told me that he does not bring spare keys to his condo- I just laughed at that thought because, seriously speaking, who doesn't bring spare keys or, at least, the original set of keys when they leave such a luxurious condo.

I've waited for another hour and without any notice, the doorbell finally rang. I hesitantly walked to the door and paced down and looked through the peephole and saw Trotseer's familiar figure. His manly jaw, thin li- God, I must've looked like one of those horny fan-girls drooling over some teenage douche.

You better stop it this instance, Karoline!- I mentally noted to myself. I just realized that for these past few days, I'm not my self. I would cringe, pace uncontrollably, and go bananas.

I snapped out of my trance when the doorbell rang again and just opened the darn door.

The door revealed the oh-so-good Trot and he was holding a bouquet of flowers and his other hand was holding a black bag. His sleeves were rolled up, his coat was hanging on his black bag, and his hair was disheveled. Both of his eyebrows were furrowed and his eyes looks really tired; I could tell it from their physical appearance.

I finally decided to cut off the cold, dead air that was making everything nerve-wrecking and out of my curiously, I asked,

"So, for your girlfriend?''

Talk about looking dumber.

And without any notice, he answered, "No, it's actually for you, I want to make you feel comfortable as much as possible, since you'll be staying here for a long time. Here. Consider it as a 'welcoming gift.'"

The bouquet wasn't much of extravagant but it wasn't super simple too. I was made up of spring flowers, which are my favorite seasonal flowers. And their scent was so good that the second he handed me the bouquet, my nose got a hold of it's scent.

"But...I won't be staying here for long, I am going back to Barcelona with Hailey, that was the place where many memories were built, London is just too much for me to handle. And to inform you, after I have the enough savings, I will be selling my restaurant and I'll pack my belongings and go, but I'm not sure if Haileys's going with me, she has Aldenbert you know." I said, trying my very best to not whimper.

I'll miss London, that's for sure. I will miss my eatery, the Big Ben, London Eye, and the people's hospitality.

I feel safe here, in London.

But, sometime's you just have to let go of the things you love... so you could feel better and much loved.

"You can't lea---" He was cut-off when my phone rang. The 'I Walk Alone' ring-tone that was made my Klaypex played and cut-off what Trot was saying....

But I know what he was about to say.

He was trying to say, 'You can't leave.'

I grabbed it from the table that was near me and unlocked the screen and answer the call. I could hear Hailey's sweet voice and definitely, something good must've happened. I know her too darn much that I could expect what's her next move.

"Hailey? So, what's going on?" I asked her, trying to hide the fact that I was annoyed with Aldenbert's brother. I mean, he doesn't own me, so he can't tell me what to do.

And being told on what should be my next move annoys the darn hell out of me.

"Well, we are back together, I guess?" she informed me nervously. I screamed inside of my head and smiled knowing the fact that they are back together.
